I think you're barking up the wrong tree... Apple Vacations doesn't own their own planes. It uses commercial airlines and some chartered companies as well. Apple has nothing to do with this delay - it's "mechanical" on the side of the airline and I can assure you it wasn't planned. Do you think they get a kick out of having 200 pissed off people yelling at them? Is that why they decided to break the windshield? Just think about it for a second and you will see that this was done right: better to take a delay than to take a chance and fly just to crash...
Search Engine Optimization is a tricky business and top listings can not be "bought". Your page rank depends on your content, track backs, links, etc. and NO company can guarantee you a placement. In the end, you got scammed. They will most likely show you that they did what they could, but then they will turn it around and blame it on your content and the site. Just cancel thru your card issuer - have them close the account and send you a new card if they don't cancel your account.

These are usually customer service surveys that, once you answer a few questions, you will be entered into a drawing to win something... You realize the odds of you winning anything are slim to none, so don't lose sleep over it. And by giving your code to everybody on the internet - like you just did here - you have given somebody else the number so that THEY can win the money instead... THINK!

How did the glass break?
What caused the wrong address? Are the zip codes similar? Do you live in one city and she in the other? I think it would help other people if you gave more details...
Lazy people! Sorry you had poor service... Go to another Wendy's - that's the only way they will change. Or find out who the manager is and send him a letter/email.

And there is no way you can convince WD to contact HP on your behalf? This BLOWS!
Just one of the reasons why people should NOT book flights on airlines that don't have agreements with other airlines. If you had booked with a major airline, they would have protected you on another airline. Sorry...
One day can make a HUGE difference... Is it at all possible that you booked the wrong date because when you tried to book you realized that it would cost so much more to travel the day before? A lot of people do. And then they get upset with the airline for charging more for a change... People need to take responsibility for their own actions and stop blaming the company they are doing business with.
