I have never been interested in Webkins or spending my money on any game pet site. You never know when they will close your account claiming you broke the rules and not return your money. These things usually expire in a year. In my opinion they should never expire since people spent their money on them.
Neopets is the same, with premium (paying members) you actually expect the site to be better for them. No, they give horrible service to normal members and just as horrible to royal members and premium members. These sites are not worth the money you or your parents give to them, you never know when they will screw you over and say tough luck.
I got frozen for no reason. I told them off politely, so this user Brandon kept freezing my account right after I created one. He was acting very childish, rude in his replies. Then when I managed to get an account that reached one day. I told someone who was trying to get premium not to get premium. Brandon froze my account with the reasoning. Spreading lies about neoepts staff. He later confessed that whenever someone discorages someone from getting premium they freeze their account as soon as they see the message from monitoring the boards so that we don't take away potential customers.
kibbles, sorry but unless you spent real money on your account(premium, NC cash, ect) they basically cannot do anything. Neopets has been sued for unfairly freezing paying members and not returning their money.
trg1998 I am with you. Some of these children they have replied to they have posted profanity, racist comments, sexual dialogue(things like you probably have a hard time getting "laid"). This was written to an eleven year old child by Justin. Brandon is not better. His replies were full of profanity and references to my sex life he knows nothing about. It is bad enough to get an auto reply, however this member Justin has sent rude messages. Every have a pedophile on neopets, Neopets not only freezes their account(they should contact the police and do an IP banning on them) when a child complains about what happens because they feel too scared to go to their parents, Neopets cares more about their site and making it seem safe than protecting the child and other children.
user, that would be sad since children still enjoy the site, besides I don't think they can sue unless they spend money on the site, follow the terms and conditions, freeze the person unfairly and refuse to return their money. What they really need to do is fire some of the staff members. Justin, Brandon, Heidi, and hire people who have knowledge about running the site.
I am not surprised that the OP got frozen as soon as he cancelled premium. I got frozen because a moderator(Brandon) stumbled upon my post encouraging another person considering getting premium not to because TNT runs the site poorly. I agree, coffeeluvr made a mistake, he should have asked for his credit card back. They apologized admitted their part of the mistake. They give him more stuff than he paid for. Six donuts when he just ordered two coffees. They instruct him on what he can get and not get. His wife is unable to follow simple instructions, takes more expensive items. We have this person working at my store. I will call him Mofu. Our store hires disabled people. One has Downs syndrome, the other has Aspburger(sp)
Out of a scale of one to ten, to him these disabled people rank negative 2, everyone else without a disability ranks five, and he ranks 100. He acts like he is better than everyone else.

Anyways one time he reached for the the bowl of one of the disabled employee, I pushed his hand away and told him it was none of his business to check other people's food. He accused me of hitting him. When it was later confirmed that I only pushed his hand away because he was interfeering with someone's personnal space. He lied and said I smacked him in the parking lot. The latest thing is he is threatening to have his six year old daughter lie and say that while he went to punch in I took her to the washroom and started touching her. He brags about how he makes his daughter play street hockey so she could be best on the team and punishes her if she does not at least score three goals by making her practise for hours.
Managers say they cannot do anything about this because there is no proof. He did get written up for discrimation. I am the only one that stands up to him. I have ADHD, when I stand up to him he tells me not to get ADHD on him. He tells me it is good that he isn't manager because he would never let incompetient people work.
One more thing the only reason they have proof of this bullying is because I secretly taped him on my cell phone and they caught the bullying and lying about what he said to disabled employees.

On a serious note, sorry this happened to you. I got food poisoning as well from people selling meat in the mall, well not meat "slim jim" kind of sticks. I guess I was not the only victim because the next year after five in a row mall security/management did not grant them permission to sell their product. Not only that one of the people doing the selling was a downright rude ###. I don't care of I get sick. I am expecting a child in June. If my child got sick then there would be trouble.

I understand what you are saying SpaceAge, but what can a one year old do that would cause you to smack him. Also how is calling a three year old a ### and telling you that you hate her going to solve anything. However you are right SpaceAge, parents are losing the right to discipline their children. As long as you are not beating them and leaving bruises, or having them fall over what's the big deal. Sounds to me like she was smacking her son because he could not pronounce his words clearly, in her case misbehaving. You don't slap a child because can't do something because agewise they are not capable. Also children are small, to prevent them from being seriously injured in some places they don't allow you to spank your children till they are two or three.
