My2Kids I am sure that if someone did this to one of your children you would react the same way. It is not onheard of for a parent to overreact, or act unprofessional if someone hurts their child.
Agrees with Melvin, an apology should be coming from the heart not "forced" I had a co-worker who was harassing to a disabled employee(discrimation kind of harassament). He was in the wrong but he demanded an apology from her. I told her he was being a bone head and not to apologize to him. Well he is as stubborn as the manager that you are dealing with and we are not in good terms.

The only way the OP is acting chilsish is demanding an apology the rest of the complaint is understandable except for the straw part. I would not get worked up over missing straws but probably with all the other ### she got frustrated.

I have noticed something myself about Irish lately Heatherbirdlady, being done with college I have a lot of free time. I think I finished my last exam on April 12th, Irish had roughly 250 posts perhaps 300. Now, April 21, not even ten days later she has 518.
Irish is a teenager, not that it makes her trolling okay however keep that in mind. Just look at her three letters, two are obviously troll letters.(I have been telling her she is a troll for like a year, ) She made a letter about me to my employer said one of Wal-mart employees was harssing her online.
Then she made that letter to Santa, cussing at him for not getting the a bike she asked for. Only one of her letters is genuine, that is the last one, where she experienced racial slurs from an employee at Buffalo Chicken Wings, though I think there is another side to that story and part of it may be added.

There was one disgusting customer who switched the prices to get something for free. She taught her seven year old daughter to do this. The mother argued that she should it for free since it was not priced correctly. The seven year old thinking she helped her mother out, said "mommy switched the books from one spot to another because she wants the more expensive one for cheaper and you have to give it to her for free." Well as soon as she stood up for her the mother was busted. Instead of being civil about it she threatened her daughter. She said if she did not get the price for free she would smack her, and beat her with a belt when she got home. Ofcourse since the barcodes did not match she did not get it for free. Then we got a complaint about another customer asking us to call the police. (apparenty this mother was threatening to leave the child in the parking lot saying she hopes she gets picked up by a man and raped). This child being seven. The mother also threatened to have the daugher arrested for her fraud.

That child was put in care. They were more concerned about her teaching her child how to steal, scam and cheat than the threats. THe customer compaining was the same race as her and she had the nerve to call racism. She got angry at the manager for calling the police on her treatment of the daughter when it was the customer who actually made the call. The only reason she took her daughter in the car with her was because the customer threatened to call the police if she left the child in the parking lot in the middle of the night. The "mother" was smacking her around calling her ###, ect. They found her because they reported the license plate number.
Though in some cases, I have seen where customers should get the correct lower price, even would have honoured it myself but the manager said "no".
That is not weird at all. If you are taking someone to court. NEVER post it in public. The defence lawyers already have an idea of what arguments to bring forward. Any lawyer would have advised this. I wonder why yours did not.
Good luck with your case. I have seen children in the system who are only in the system because someoe lied(such as your case with your ex and his wife). Then there are children whose live are in danger and they go back to their homes.
I am not going to take sides here. Don't know what is the truth, but if you are innocent I wish you have your children returned to you. However if your ex is innocent I wish him the best of luck. The people who really are sufferin are the children.
I am not a lawyer, but I advice you to contact complaintsboard.com and have this letter removed so your ex's lawyers don't find a way to use it against you.

Yes this letter is written as one full sentence, with no proper sentence structure, however it is far better than some of the adults that make letters. More polite as well. No "You suck because I did not get what I want." He asked very nicely why they don't have pokemon cards on the shelves. He did not type all in caps. Though he did not start with a capital letter all the proper nouns have capital letters. There are a few errors but you can understand what he is trying to say. Some of the letters written by adults have many spelling and grammar mistakes that you need to read and reread them to understand what is being said. I had no trouble understanding what has been written.
Nonnie Mouse does it make you feel big calling a nine year old a "###". Irish is a troll as well, but even she has her limits. She would never go around demeaning a nine year old. I am not saying I am perfect, but you have your share of spelling/grammar mistakes as well. Ian is still learning what's your excuse. You supposedly are a RN.

I don't think they have CPS in UK, I believe it is called something else there. Children's Aid Society or something. That is what it is called in Canada. I think England is the same.
You know the good thing about complaintsboard.com, is they allow us to have fun with these letters. They don't let you post these type of letters on my3cents or planetfeedback. And despite these fake letters they still don't let it interfere with the real letters.
Like I said in another reply they let you have fun on this site. had he posted this on my3cents.com or planetfeedback they would not allow it. That is what I like about this site, gives you laughs as well as allows people to comment on real letters.
