take it for what its worth. i havent dealth with this agency at all. But, with all of the good reviews that this particular inquiry has brought up would still make me wonder.
for this in particular, just about all of the ones that have given good replies about them, have 1 post. and that one post is within this thread. that is enough to make me wonder if they werent just created accounts to post good stuff to help in a possible scam.
i could be wrong, but unless you hear it from someone that seems to have been around these boards longer, from word of mouth, etc. i would still beware to an extent. i dont know their reputation. so, you may still want to be careful

when you sign up for a free trial, once that trial is over, they are going to bill you. and unless you have proof that they have recieved their product back, dont expect them to say they have received the item within the required timeframe.
nothing is ever free. they are going to find a way to get people to pay for a service. the ToS isnt hidden, most people just dont read it all and comprehend what its saying. common sense would tell you that its going to cost you something

if you are getting shoes at a good price and they are coming from china, they are gonna be fake. even if you were to get the right set of shoes, they are authentic replicas.
something that you would still pay over 100$ buying at outlet prices directly from nike is going to be the cheapest you will find. from the sounds of it, the op is getting them for under 100 bucks. if the price is too good to be true, it is.
a reputable company wont use a free web email account like this ones been using. they arent anything local. by the sound of it, i would guess they are based in china. even though authentic nikes are made in china, they are also the worlds leader of making fake products regardless of what it is.
just off of your statement alone, ill make sure i do that!
c'mon, really?! your post lacks everything
whats illegal about it? just as normal checks, you can sign the name as santa claus of you want to. doesnt matter who signs off of them just as long as the account holder authorizes it and doesnt try to argue the validity of the check.
well, this chickie forgot to pull her min iskirt down then!

one problem with some printers is they wont recognize refilled or generic cartridges. this seems to be the issue you have run into

just another example of people not knowing the meaning of terms such as fraud, scam, etc
its not that they did something wrong. but, when the lines freeze like that, its a good chance that it may be a mechanical problem with the air handler motor or like they said, poor airflow. you may want to check your air filters and your condenser coils. low on freon could also cause the problem.

if its going through oil to the point you have to add more on a constant basis, its going somewhere. either burning or leaking.
i highly recommend talking to a dealership directly. only thing i could think of being possible is an engine using oil during its break in period. but, even that is a stretch.
also, for those warranties, follow the rules to the T. if you miss the tinyest thing, they will void the warranty. so, wherever they tell you to have the oil changes done, thats where you should do them. if the engine is using oil like that and if it isnt normal, who cares. you have a warranty.

one thing i know is how these so called "accidents" happen. with the max protection plan, it usually covers owner negligence. you can admit it, you made sure that you did as much damage to it to try to get a brand new one.
no need to try to hide the truth, ive done it before too. but, what really chaps your ### is that they are going to repair it instead of doing what you really want...a new replacement.

back in the day, gas was .75 a gallon. how dare these gas stations charge as much as they do! i never had to pay that much before!
always, always read the terms of service. as for MS and every other internet subscription, the fees are automatic. this is true for MMO's, xbox live, etc. Unless you have signed up for a flat one month fee, it will continue to charge the account you have put on file until you cancel the subscriptions
now, whats the rest of the story. i guarantee the question(s) you ask is grounds for them to treat you like they do. present the rest of the information otherwise your story holds no validity
as supa said, the calipers rusting are very common. in fact, they seem to rust faster than anything else on a car.

"waste of time wall o' text is a waste of time". unless someone is bored, no one is going to read all of that garbage. i stopped after the first paragraph because i stopped caring already

p.s. instead of wasting all that time to write a huge wall of text, if you are unhappy, you should invest in a different degree field
bad web practices by that company or bad parenting. im voting for bad parenting. normally, when there are advertisements on websites, spam emails, etc. its because that computer has searched for or have gone to those sites in the past because of the cookies and history that the computer collects.
perhaps you should be cautious of your browsing habits yourself and watch over YOUR child when they are on the internet
why should the security guard do the job that your supposed to?
there is that complaint out there because the mother complained that walmart did call the cops...damned if you do, damned if you dont i guess
