i live in the northern half of the country, my college is in florida. they offer online classes. but, the employement in TX ended in 1990 and employment started up again [protected] in maryland.
maryland and virginia arent that far apart. its completely possible to work in one and do schooling in another.
it still may be far fetched. secret clearance to be a system architect for a government computer system seems a little low. also, almost all of the timelines for work are increments of 4 years. for the time available ffrom working in tx, to getting a BA then starting work in maryland, there isnt enough time unless the BA program was started in TX, which could happen. but, that means he would have had to complete it probably within months of going to PA because work started in the same year.
discrimination: treatment or consideration of, or making a distinction in favor of or against, a person or thing based on the group, class, or category to which that person or thing belongs rather than on individual merit
again, this is not discrimination. perhaps stereotyping, but that is still somewhat of a stretch by the sense of the word. in the end, they are preventing theft. even if your daughter had no intention, they stopped a possible attempt at stealing. absolutely nothing wrong with how they handled it.
the honda transmissions that were used prior to 2006 were well known for having problems.
a chip in a windshield is very easily turned into a crack that will typically grow. doesnt matter how long ago it was put in.
i ran into a similar situation, a rock the size of a dime hit my windshield. i didnt see a crack or any sign of anything. leave to go home from work, and i have a crack that is about a foot long in my windshield.
all that it takes is the vehicle body or windshield to flex a little bit and that crack will grow like you wont believe.
since it is not EVERYONE that has the issue, it has to be something with compatibility or the like. my girlfriend plays frontier/oregon trail on a daily basis. never had an issue.
"In April 2007, a dark brown leather sofa set, sold by Vanaik Furniture and Mattress Store in Toronto, Canada, was labelled as “###-brown” color. Investigation determined that the Chinese manufacturer used an outdated version of Kingsoft's Chinese-to-English translation software for writing the tags; it translated the Chinese “dark-brown” characters to “###-brown”, and neither the Canadian supplier nor the store owner had noticed the incorrectly translated tag; subsequently, Kingsoft corrected its translation software. In Hong Kong English, the phrase ###-brown was, decades earlier, routinely used in newspapers without racist connotation"
this is something that i found off of wikipedia, so take it for what its worth. But, the item seller is from Hong Kong.
so, perhaps you should just get over it since its obvious that you are just as racist
not only your comments, but your past actions just give more backing to the store that asked you to leave your bag at the front. its not discrimination if there is risk. you have displayed risk from having a record of it. perhaps you should be happy that they even let you in the store. businesses have the legal right to refuse service to anyone. as to your past comments on here, i dont feel bad for the trouble you brought on yourself.
The last couple comments by this person gAve it away...especially the "oopsie" that you pointed out
Caught in a lie, you will be lucky if this person ever responds again
I goot the same. I smell a troll
someone had posted about the 2 different accounts with the same "dollar general store" name. one thing that i just noticed when looking through the posts by the supposed "mother" the last post on page 2, states
"For those of you getting rude letters I never sent them. Guess my daughter is sending them. But seriously you deserve them. Who are you to judge her."
But, looking over the OP that has 1 complaint and 3 posts did not post the above statement that i listed. The account that has 5 posts, posted the above comment and is also the same one that is sending out the PM's.
seems that someone is forgetting which account they are using for certain comments. should brush up on your parenting skills
i am someone that puts on briefs but calls them boxers or sometimes called "droors"
the technicality of issues with internet is the "speeds up to xxx" most times, they guarantee speeds between "a" and "b" even if the number is on the lower scale, you get what you signed up for.
probably the main reason why they called it a 50/50 is because when pulling out of the driveway, you have to yield to traffic. at the same time, someone backing into someone is at fault because of basically the same principle.
it isnt the job of an insurance adjuster to determine the cause of the accident. they are going to go off of the info recieved via police report and make educated decisions off of it.
as much as it may suck, it is what it is. they based the findings off of the police report.
you didnt miss much. the best i could come up with as far as a comeback to it was to tell her to play in traffic.
and the rest of the story...
yep...shes still that stupid...
as maui pointed out, contradicts herself about the accounts being used twice.
"First of all none of you got any rude letters from me nor my mother so leave us alone. Also my daughter .."
"Yes there are two accounts I admit, one mine and the other my daughters. This one is mine, aka the one I posted this letter on, the other one is my daughters..."
let me get you a bigger shovel. you're gonna need it for that huge hole your digging.
i have to assume that maybe someone is forgetting to log out. But, with as much money as they claim to have, i would have to think that both of them have their own computer. either way, they are both just as ###ed as the other
im by no means wrong unless they guaranteed you 8-10. you said specifically "up to 10mb" you are within the range of 0-10mb. now, depending on the way they have it written, if it says you are guaranteed 8-10, then that is the range it should be.
i completely understand your example with the car. it may have a top speed of 100, but whether or not you can get it there is another story. but, you have to alter your example a littel to match the situation..."your car has a top speed UP TO 100mph." the "up to" plays a big part in the liability factor. if they guaranteed you 6-10 mb. you could be at 6.000001mb and they are going to tell you that you got what was advertised. On the other hand, when you sign up for internet services, they will normally guarantee you speeds up to xxx and the lowest you should be from there is 2 mb less than that highest number.
but again, the question is, what did you sign up for other than "up to 10mb" that just tells me in plain english in between 0-10. is there a speed guarantee?
forgot to add, i had signed up for charter cable quite a while back. i signed up for the 5MB service. they guaranteed 3-5. so, upon signing up, i knew it was going to be ranges within 3-5. no problem. running good for a while, then it started to get sickly slow. they sent a tech out, i was still in the range of 3-5 even if it was on the very low end. i got what i signed up for which was up to 5mb with a guarantee of at least 3.
again, my statement still stands unless they have a guarantee in there for specific speed ranges. that "up to" statement is a real ### sometimes when its by itself
also, you will never get a full or any consisitant speed around 10mb...ever
i personally think their service is fine other than the language barrier. i had an older DLP tv that had the bulb blow on it. i got tech support to assist me with that. easy enough. i found it to be cheaper to buy a light off of th internet for roughly 150 bucks. after replacing the bulb, notieced blue blotches on the bottom of the screen. at first, tehy werent big, but they grew over time. apparently, it was an issue known with the DLP tvs. over time, the blue film starts going bad and you dont notice it until you replace the bulb.
so, i contacted customer service again and they said to fix it, it would be about 800 for the replacement of the part. But, for 600$, i could get a brand new tv(not a refurb) for 650. absolutely. its an LED 60" tv which is a huge upgrade from my 50" DLP that was over 5 years old.
im perfectly happy with the options they gave me.
here is the email i got from wells fargo. makes me wonder if reply precieved his dads email, wrong.
"Thank you for participating in the Wells Fargo Rewards for Debit Card program ("Program"). Due to recent regulatory changes resulting in a significant reduction in fees retailers pay banks for debit card transactions, Wells Fargo is making the following rewards program changes effective October 8, 2011."
so, they arent raising the fees. they are reducing them. But, to make up for it, they are taking from somewhere else
they are actually doing away with the rewards
