A reputable business will show you samples before you pay! Do not go with thes guys!
You need to ask if she was a manager. If she wasn't complain to the manager that she does not possess the qualities needed in a respectful employee. Is she was a manager, complain to whoever is her boss and say she is not trained properly to deal with these situations.
You realize this is with ANY job right now right? It does suck, but the only way corporate will get the message is if you quit. Or if you are an employee in good standing or cannot afford to quit or you can't find another job, write to corporate to see what their views are. If you're a good employee, they WILL value your opinion because they know you are valuable. Also, complete your education in your spare time. The company will value this and most likely offer a promotion once you complete. Nowadays, it's hard to make manager without education.
nope, but you can forward your complaint to the fbi
blah blah blah...i wrote everywhere i could because someone was not nice to me
i love how 'joseph chandy' posts on someone else's name. and if these lawsuits were true (and how would you know unless you were involved as these are yet public knowledge) then i'm sure your lawyer advised you not to have contact with the company, especially in the form of these posts of you might not get your money.
you could try presenting the specific mcdonalds with a copy of this letter and say hey...what are you going to do about it? with an owner or manager
you can have your bank request a copy of the agreement. even if it's not 'signed' as they require in stores, they have to have an agreement to provide the bank with upon further questioning. it honestly sounds like you have a crappy bank because they can cancel it at anytime for you with the information you just provided.
chargeback...state somethings along the lines of this:
they misrepresented what goods/services they offered (don't say anything about google, because im sure it says somewhere that they aren't affiliated) and you decided you didn't want/need the goods or services. also state you've tried repeatedly to contact them to return/cancel for refund and you haven't heard back.
if enough people can do this enough times, they will go broke. a company is charged $100 by their bank for each chargeback they have to pay
because what...no complete complaint?
ummmmm these people are usually scammers
omg! people are riduculous... to paraphrase this complaint 'i wasted 3 hours of my time and now i want you to pay me for my trouble. i want to be on payroll for nearly a year as a product tester for a product i will never use again'. grow up.
to the manager's manager.
i have never heard of this brand before
is there any way to not pay and make them use that money in the account, minus deposit?
if you submit a chargeback through your bank or credit card, they will be forced to provide the agreement stating they can charge you. then review the agreement and seee where it came from
read their terms and conditions to see how long you have to dispute charges. then dispute them.
AND WHICH VETERINARY PROGRAM DID YOU GRADUATE FROM IN ORDER TO OFFER YOUR EXPERT OPINION?
yes, because i am sure this complaint has merit.
Contact them and ask if you are able to be issued a refund if you want the account closed RIGHT NOW. This is obviously the work of employees looking to make their commission minimums when they stumbled onto your account. However, this company should protect customer's privacy better and have security clearances for this kind of thing (in my opinion). Same thing happened to me when I purchased insurance on my credit card. Some months I was charged and some months I wasn't. In the end I decided this gave sales reps way to much power, so I closed the card.
you can contact the company about that. here you air your grievances and let us know about the result. to make this a valid complaint, let's start by how you didn't know you were getting the service.
i do believe it is suggested that you get to the airport 2 hours prior to your flight. also, i think that it is great that they offered you the option of getting on the flight but without your luggage (an offer you turned down but than stated you would have been willing to take). as for the other flight, you don't know what was going on so it is not fair to comment, however, it is safe to assume that that this airline was making accomodations for passengers.
how many of the same complaint are you going to post?
i don't believe dish tv is in india. so there. remove this post please!
