Just so you know, your comment about how dangerous your roommates are does not help your case.
Well, I am sorry but I could barely understand you.
Now, you did upgrade to a bigger car, probably signed the contract, so you are very lucky if they plan to refund that amount to you.
Also, I would take up the matter with the dealership and ask if they can help straighten out the matter of dropping off at their facility. It sounds like you were misinformed. Most locations cannot accept another location as a drop-off point. And they will pick you up/drop you off even, based upon availability.
So again, confirm with the dealership that they are an official drop-off location for Enterprise. If not, you were definately misinformed by someone who just sees Enterprise employees there for whatever reason. (Maybe they use cars from that dealership, if so they would be an official location for Enterprise, but their contract might be expired and Enterprise just has vehicle under warrenty still.)
Unfortunately the rep who processed the rental can charge whatever he wants as a walk-up rate. When your son called, that was a 3rd party representative trying to make a reservation for you, so he was giving the best rate possible. And he did not make his commission.
As for insurance, did you sign for it? If you did it would be on your original contract, entitled CHECK-OUT. Note, not your final contract, entitled Check-In. Look over your contract and see if it's on there. If it is, no refund can be given (my guess anyway) because it was a service used, as you would have been covered if anything were to happen.
April is an in-season month.
Ask for a discount for the internet.
File a formal complaint aganst the neighbors. Let the owners know they are parking in the wrong spot.
Inform them you did not have guests, you merely met up at the house.
ASk for a receipt for cleaning services.
Definately get your phone records, a statement from the babysitter, and keep a personal log of all contact from them to help you in court.
It sounds like you threatened the guy, which is NOT OKAY NO MATTER WHAT.
There is no guarantee for laser hair removal. Also, it's your fault for not asking to see your technician's certifications.
Unfortunately, there is no guarantee for laser hair removal.
How old is your son!
This procedure should not be preformed until the hormones have stopped growing or the hair will come back anyway!
I recommend between the ages of 21-25 is a good time to start.
And I'm sure if you were actually scarred for life due to negligence they would be more than happy to settle with you. I say for life, because sometimes you get a burn/rash lasting a few days depending on the strength of the laser.
You realize electrolysis is supllimental to laser hair removal and strongly recommended after laser for any lingering hairs right?
They do have a zero refund policy, which sucks. But that comes from the loan people, not their offices. I would recommnd asking the office for elniency, for example, you finish your payments and when you are able you can come back and start up again from where you lfet off. Of course, get it in writing. Most offices are willing to accomodate.
Apparently there is. Chek out the other posts. I don't remember the contact info.
And what did you do to get fired?
I have no advise besides cancelling your card. However, for future reference you can whited your teeth at the dentist for like $50.
Very sad. When buying from a store or breeder, I always pick the runt of the litter. Sometimes they make it and sometimes they don't. Unfortunately, the runt of the litter ALWAYS has some kind of problem.
Are you serious!?!?!?!
Are you SERIOUS?!?!?!?!
Get over yourself lady.
You know, last time I checked, you don't need a credit card to get coupons.
Unfortunately, debit card don't work like this. Many bands will misrepresent the benefits of their card stating 'they can run like credit' when they cannot. The only thing making them similar is when the company accepting payment only accepts credit and you don't have to enter your PIN number. Debit cards are charge cards and can only be run for the amount of money available. While you can overdraft your account, a company cannot pull more than is available.
Additionally, I'd like to re-state my earlier post as I just realize how harsh it sounded where i said 'most will default or steal the car'. The truth of the matter is not that most people who only use debit will default, it's that the most instances where these situations happen is where debit is accepted.
Also, even if this were not to happen, there is increased liability for any company who accpets debit as the banks cards do not work on 'real time' like a credit card. On a credit card all charges, voided payments, and refunds appear immediately, while on a debit card charges may take 3 business days to appear while refunds can take up to 45 days. This is especially stressful in the car rental industry where we take a deposit on the car. When the car is returned, this deposit is released right away, but will not appear as so on a bank card. The only way to exoedite is to get on a 3-way call with the cardholder and the bank and verbally release or send in a letter on letterhead via fax or mail with condifential information on it!
Most people using their debit understand this and just await the 45 days but other times I get people who will call and yell and scream at me about it, which is not OK in my book because we will do everything in our power to help you out, but you should always be aware of the additional risks of whatever card you are using.
well, i hate to say it, because it does sound terrible, but this doesn't sound true. she might have been a shoplifter (still horrible to do that) but if the girl's story were true, i would only assume a police report would have been filed
if you'd like to get to the bottom of it, you could always contact the police or dollor corporate
Well Henry...in most countries, even the one's where you are allowed to beat your wife, it's still not ok to use bad language towards any person.
And this is another instance as to why it should be illegal to give out employee names. Apparently everyone knows who this employee is and she has a lot of supporters (yay!) but you posting her name shows how disrespectful you are Kim.
I have to believe that if this employee actually did this, you would have filed a police report just like everybody else. If you felt that she was such a threat to children that is. If the case were true she would then have to undergo screening and get a clrearance to work where she may encounter any children.
And, it sounds like your husband should have undergone this clearance process because anyone using profanity in front of a child would not have passed and for example, would never be allowed to adopt a child. I guess you are lucky the government has yet to pass out clearances to people who are allowed to breed.
Seriously. It's a big sandwhich and you're really complaining over a dollar.
WOW tcaam. Way to support. Actually, it doesn't need to be in the fine print. It's the law. It's in the law. It's written in vehicle code.
If you did not get the ticket (from the price, it sounds like 1 ticket, harsh I know) all you need to do is contact them, ask for a copy of your contract/final bill and if the car that got the ticket is the same one that you were in on those days then you got the ticket.
Actually, I know this doesn't help, but it sounds like the fee was for being a local renter who was planning on a trip that would put a lot of miles on the car. So in essence, the extra fee was to give you unlimited miles. But if it's any consilation, if everyone else was out of cars, it sounds like you got a good deal anyway. Sometimes the vans can go for $500 a day.
