Chargeback. "Non receipt of goods/services'

Also, companies lose $100 from their bank if they lose a chargeback. Good luck!

If you did not get a confirmation number, you probably are not reserved. If you get your ticket, call the airline and confirm or it might not be there!

Yeah, no kidding. Everyone always wants feebies. And then they ### when something is not free.

It sucks yes, but seriousy, this is ridiculous!
Ummmm...it was a mistake.

Had you istead gone to another hotel, Expedia would have probably paid a small sum in the difference of price.

But what I say...It's summertime. SMoke outside like everybody else.

do a chargeback of 'non receipt of goods/services' if you paid credit

if check, void payment with your bank

di you sign a contract? threaten with legal action

if cash/money order there's probably no way to get this back
how di they get your credit card info? file with cc company 'fraud'

Keep writing to Sears. Tell them of your unsatisfaction of the product. Make no mention of the salespersons practices. They will tell you you should have known it was used.

Instead, tell them you were under the impression you were buying a floor model. Tell them you would not mind a used product, hwever, you would assume it would be in working condition to be sold at a Sears store. Tell them you never got to use the product as it broke right away, upon plugging it in. The freezer compartment froze over immediately and broke. Obviously this was an existing problem or happened during delivery, neither your fault as you paid for delivery.

Just keep telling them this, and reiterating these points.

I would write a letter to Walgreens and ask them to send out a mail notification to all those a registered with their pharmacy taking this medication. Ask them to put verbage in their letter to all customers asking if they feel this product needs to be kept more in-stock for customers.

They may or may not do this, however, they will at least know that you need more.

Try writing to the particular store first. Mention your unsatisfaction with your pharmacist. Ask for comment or you will write to the corporate headquarters. Then do it.
Sounds like employee theft to me. Point the finger at that branch's employees. If any employees were let go during your time banking with them for poor business practices, your account(s) will get linked to that time frame I bet.

When you book a car, you get a car class or similar. Which means you don't necessarily get a free upgrade. Car classes are typically determined by how passengers it seats and how much luggage it holds. This always gets me, if you like another car, just pay for the upgrade. Help out the employee at the counter. He's going to get fired if he doesn't perform. So seriously, pick the cheapest option and get it if you want a hassle-free experience.

As for the billing problem, it was probably a system error if they were all for the same amount. If the matter does not get resolved, you can always file chargeback under 'multiple transaction records found'.

They probably didn't get the price they were hoping for. I'm sure you would do something similar. I don't see the problem because you do get your money back.

Unfortunately, it's always a quote whn it comes to time frames, particularly when going across country borders. The company may not have evn anticipated such problems! (Seems like it as they don't readily accept VISA). Next time, try to figure out all the info on customs form your end, so you have a better idea of what needs to be done/accomplished for fastest processing time.

As for the 3% charge for using your VISA, many companies will have a surchage or a different rate if you decide to pay with credit card, the reason being that they actually get charged for every transaction. It's pennies on the dollar, but still. This is why when you go to a gas station there is a cash and a credit option. Many other companies do this also.

As for hidden fees, Like I stated earlier, they may not have anticipated many things involved in the move, as far as they seem like a small scale operation (credit card processing fees, quoting you 2 weeks on a moe from Canada to California). Anyway, most companies of this scale do not want to lose your business and probably would not added extra fees if they were not necessary. However, it is for you to decide.

I would strongly recommend contacting them and asking what is the best day/time to reach a manager. Then leave a message asking for a call back. If you do not hear back, call on the specified day/time. And ask for a detailed break-down/explaination of your bill. DO NOT ask for a refund until you understand it thoroughly.
