You could send in a compliment on the repairman you know...
This would be nice as it's a great way to help an honest person keep their job.

Here is the deal...
It's an estimated total on-line. It says that. Please read. Taxes may have changed as the airports constantly implement new taxes all the time.

Also, it being a rental car, the company might have added something like roadside assistance to the contract, which means if anything goes wrong the company takes responsibility and will probably bring you a new car to your location. I wouldn't recommend removing this if that was what was added. It's normally $1 or 2 a day and totally worth it if anything happens.

Also, if the total went up when you returned the car, then you kept it for too long. A day is based on 24 hours, so if you keep it longer than that you get charged more. Period.

I can barely understand what you are saying!

So you got into an accident in the rental car...Okay.

It's not your car. The car company is not your friend. Why didn't you purchase insurance or roadside? I guess I don't speak for everybody here, but I would always want to go with the zero responsibility aspect when driving someone else's car.

P.S. Have you heard the horror stories about other countries? Like in Mexico, if you don't buy the insurance they send people after you to mess up the car. Your fault for not buying insurance. Anyway...
Just park in a parking spot like everyone else okay?

Contrary to popular belief, the sidewalk is not a parking area. And maybe you don't realize, but cops make commissions on their tickets. This one obviously finds that her method works and since it's illegal, there really is nothing you can do about it, unfortunately.

But I gaurantee you, the car company doesn't want you to get a ticket. They do have to pay their share to resgister the car next year for every ticket you got.
Shiity deal man. Can you submit a chargeback?
You know, I spend most my time stating that agents at the counter are not able to offer you discounts, especially when it comes to gas. That is considered stealing from the company. I'm sure these employees only valued their jobs.

But also, not only was there nothing wrong with the car, as had this been your car, I would assume you would consider this a fluke and wait to see if it happens again, but you yell at the Enterprise employees for not coming to pick you up.

I hope you realize the agents/carwashers/etc. are typically NOT INSURED for them to not only pick you up, but also drive a company car.

And you say you get a car from Hertz at a discount. Maybe, but I bet you still paid more. Now that is funny.

Anyway, if you took the car out at emply, why couldn't you just bring it back at empty for the second car? I don't get that.

This is a common problem.

Hertz makes their money by owning as much land by all rental car companies as possible and making business difficult for everyone else.

Please let me know if they resolve your matter, because they are not known for doing so without lawyers involved.
A minivan seats 7. An Impala seats 6.
An SUV seats 5.

Where's the problem?

You should plan more time. Like 2-3 hours before your flight.

If you missed your flight because of a 25 minute delay, you did not plan for ample timing between your car rental return and your flight.

Yes. Sorry to say, your responsibility.
As that is what they quoted you was the damage, they are required to fix it now. And no one wants to do all that work for nothing.

Again, here's where purchasing insurance would have come in handy.
You sound like...super rude.

Everyone knows that flights and cars get double-booked. Because the law of probability says that not everyone is going to show up.

I can gaurantee you Enterprise lost more money that day, by booking cars for their customers at other companies and bringing them into Enterprise. While I am 100 % posititve Enterprise customers were honored their original reservation, Enteprise had to most likely pay more money than that to get more expesive cars at the last minute from other companies.
It costs more because why does a local renter get a car? Because they don't want to put that kind of mileage on their own car, thats why...

At least, that's what I gather from your post. Please correct me if wrong...

File with the BBB. They might have to refund you the $2.

No offense, but I agree with 'learnalesson'. There is no reason why you should have a bank account with less than $1 in it. Period. This is why, when you are an adult, there is always a minimum you must have in there.

Then, get a linked checking/savings account and keep most of your money in the savings, so that it earns more interest. If the accounts are linked and you overdraw on your checking, but you have enough in your savings, they will usually debit the amount from your savings and charge no overdraft fees. But always make sure first!
I'll let you all in on an industry secret...Expedia.
That's the site to use for:
Customer satisfaction, best rates, reliability.

In fact, if you book through Expedia, places are required to go above and beyond to please you for fear they will lose their Expedia sponsorship.

Did you check to see if those initial rates were available after the booking?
Rates change by the minute!

Bottom line, if you see a good rate, book it! Don't look around because there are billions of people in this world, over half use the internet, and I gaurantee that rate probably got booked while you went through this ordeal.

This is especially true for summertime.

If the rate was still available afterwards Expedia should have adjusted.

You can chargeback on the original charge under 'Non receipt of goods/services.'
This product works well for long hair pretty much only. Otherwise the sandpaper type product they sue actually sands your skin if you use in the same area too long.

You all sound super ignorant...Super.

Last time I checked, McDonalds has this thank you promotion featuring the word thank you in EVERY language.
[censored]bags.

And um, maybe you were watching the Spanish station?

And um, insulted by another language? Does knowledge insult you? That's sad. I'd give my right arm if I could speak Spanish, and German, and Chinese, and Aramaic...
Trust me, blessing for McDonald's everywhere.

What the hell does he want? An apology? He got that. And an apple pie. And coupons. Sheesh.

I know a particular Flea that needs squashing.
