My trip was in June 2006 and the travel agent company loaded my bags on the bus to take me back to the airport. Before they would let us off the bus, they unloaded our bags and put the on the curb and the Punta Cana Porters Grabbed the bags like they were goal and our two carry on bags were gold. Full of electronic's to carry them on the plane so nothing happens to them. Well, you guessed it, we got off the bus, three different porters had our four bags of clothes but we had no carry-on bags that they loaded at the resort. They called the resort, they looked around but we had to get on our plane to return home so we lost MP3 players, laptop, and other electronics.
But I purchased TRIPMATE.COM insurance and filed the claim in June. We had everything documented, we provided them with original receipts, an itemized list of over 5,000.00 in items in the bags, replacement cost prices, and all the addresses and information to verify any price or item. Everything was documented, verified, and sent promptly!
Well it is now Almost Nov. 2006 and we have received nothing. I have called at least 20 times and they keep asking for more and more things. I provided them with information a 2nd and 3rd time. The quickest I got through their phones were 5 minutes, mostly I just give up and fax a letter. I get these post cards once and a while stated they are evaluating the claim. I asked for a manager to call me three different times but still nothing. I asked for my claim rep and was told they all work them out of one computer "Q" so there is no adjuster. Everyone works the same claims because if works best for them. What about their customers? It doesn't work good for us! I paid 400.00 for travel insurance and have rec'd nothing and no service.
I have been in the insurance business for 21 yrs and find this service the worse I have ever seen. If anyone that worked in my claims department ever provided this type of service, they would be looking for other job opportunities, Probably at TRIPMATE!
Buyer Beware! You might by this insurance and someday, they might even cover something...but they get an "F" for service!

You cannot find the fake Doctors Recommended quotes, nor the 2017 Best Anti-Aging cream voted by the American Anti-Aging Association anywhere. Looks like they are cleaning up their SCAM operation due to too many complaints filed to the BBB (which I recommended everyone do...who has contacted me).

I am being charged for something I did not order. Only an automated customer service is available. How do I stop this charge from re-occuring?
These people called me and got me to sign up for magazine subscriptions. After they charged $80 on my account, I tried to cancel. They kept "trying to work something out" by extending payments, etc. They refused to cancel my account. I had to cancel my cc just to keep them from getting any more money from me. I had asked, specifically, how to cancel if I needed to and they gave me a phone number and then said I couldn't cancel.
HORRIBLE SCAM, BEWARE ! I told this company I did not understand and the man I was speaking to just pushed me very quickly to say I understood and said " well I guess so" but because he was rushng me. They charged over 600 dollars to my credit card and now they won't refund it all, they are keeping 75 dollars that they claim was non refundable. Also the rest of my charge, over 500 dollars they said has a 30 day waiting period for refund. I try to call them for help and you are on hold forever, then the rep hung up on me and would not let me speak with a supervisor.
I too received an email from TransAm Associates after they received my information off of yahoohotjobs. My main goal has been to work from home for a very long time, but after doing their VERY simple dictation sample and reading their "application review process" I was very skeptical. First off, their website is VERY generic. My boyfriend is a web designer, and he could not believe how poorly it was made, especially coming from a supposedly good company. Secondly, I have a good friend that owns and runs her own transcribing company in Oklahoma...all her employees work from home, and none of them had to buy any software, equipment, etc...all this was provided to them free of charge. I also have several friends that do or have done transcribing from home, and none of them had to pay to do their work as well. Third, the sample dictation they give is so simple a child could do it! I worked in medical records at a hospital for a year doing correspondence, in which sometimes I had to help the transcribers with their dictations. We had doctors that talked so fast, we had to slow the audio down to understand what they were saying. Also, we had doctors who had very heavy accents, which also makes it difficult to understand...definately not as easy to do as their sample dictation. Of course, like most people, before I invested $500 in order to a job I wanted to investigate the company a little more...even though their "online chat" guaranteed work and pay after your training. I told myself maybe they are charging for their software since they offer "free training". Needless to say I am glad I did my research and did not send this company my $500...especially considering the economy these days. I would also like to add to a comment that supposedly came from someone who did the training and worked for TransAm Associates. First of all...my boyfriend is a contract employee for the company he works for, and he has not once had to pay anything to work for the company...they pay him to work! Second of all...like I said before...everyone I have ever known to do medical transcription has done it from home...and none of them have ever had to pay a dime to do their job as well! So for saying that is common...is BS too! Like all your emails and live chats say...anyone can post anything on the web...so how do we know your not the scam artist posing to be an employee for the company? Maybe I am wrong and this is a legitimate company, but I sure don't want to gamble $500 on it! Some people are just not cut out for this field. When they realize this, they want to blame the failure on the program rather than look at themselves.
Medical Transcription is a very challenging field. Most companies require a minimum of 2 years of experience even if you have graduated from a medical transcription school. Consider that you are typing medical reports for real people and those reports can be used in life or death decisions. They need to be accurate.
The people that have not qualified in our program have not been able to achieve the degree of accuracy that we have stated up front that we require. I would also like for you to consider that some of those people may have had no prior medical transcription experience or school.
We still accept them into our training program and we will work with them as long as it takes, but it will take someone with no experience in the field longer to qualify than someone who has had experience.
Maria Ryan: Yes, possibly so, but I also know of someone who was not even able to get your software to work. After paying half the amount for it, and several attempts to download the software...it would not work. Popular Ford Over charged me on a 2007 Ford Edge with out my authority. I gave in a 10, 000$ and they never put in towards the payments. i completely disagree, i had my sweet 16 with diamond productions. they are very motivated and where very responsible to meet with my requirements. i think some people need to take into consideration that they are a very busy company and have lots of parties to handle. i had no complains in fact thank them very much because they did everything possible to make sure i had a great night and the DJ was the least of my concerns they played exactly everything i asked for and my album and video came out great this was about 2 years ago and i have experienced several other of there events and never heard complains.

Then also read the Terms and Conditions attached to this so called consumer tip which you elect to accept should you go on to make a request for a "free trial" on totally different sites.
The companies shown in Step 1 and Step 2 are constantly changing...Everbright Smiles, Ivory White, Clean Whites, Bella Bright...the list seems endless.
Stay well away, but if you have given them your bank or credit card details cancel these immediately.
Ring them up (try [protected] and you should get through to the USA at no extra charge than for a UK call). Make sure that you get a cancellation number and confirmation that no further payments will be debited by them or anyone connected with them. Tell them you have instructed your bank/ CC company accordingly. It’s a good idea to record the telephone conversation.
Send product back to USA (probably best to use Royal mail's "Airsure" to get parcel tracked as it may not be signed for if you choose that option). It will cost you about £6 but far cheaper than being hit by this scam.
Tell everyone you know about these crooks.

“One who’s learning by my mistakes”
OK, so I got an estimate for a move, be prepared for them to scam you. The price of my move ended up costing $2100, as opposed to the $1290 I was quoted. They basically add on fees everywhere they can. Their own driver told me that they use extra small dimensions when you tell them what furniture you have, so that they can then add fees when they come pick stuff up. So add about $400 there They also charge you extra for each step they need to go up, because apparently when I say 3rd floor, the number of steps per flight needs to be 7. Seven! since when does it only take seven steps to go up an entire floor? so add about 75 per flight there. Whatever, those things don't bother me as much. The main reason I went with them, and rushed my move, was because the person who quoted me, Holly, promised the delivery date I needed, and I have several e-mails confirming this. But obviously, they had to disappoint here too! She told me they could deliver in 5-6 days, so I was happy about that, I could have even flexed to more than that. But it took them almost TWO weeks. I slept on the floor without any of my property because of them. When I called to speak to the manager, he promised a call back and never called. Even worse, when they finally arrived, late of course. They couldn't get three of my most important pieces of furniture in. Wouldn't even attempt it, they said they were professionals and could just 'tell' it wouldnt fit. I asked about lifting it through the window, they said they wouldn't attempt that either. So that all they could do is leave it outside on the curb. I had to get a storage for these items.
Pretty bad right? well to make matters worse, two of my paintings were damages, and so was my bookshelf, my small fire safe was open (I locked it) and two collection knives were stolen.
Stay away from these people, not only do they make things terrible, they won't even address anything.
I go to the Beckley, WV Kmart and get all my RX . When I have new RX and they have had the $100 for 4 new or transfer RX I have received $25 if my copay was more if may copay was 10 or 5 I understand that I can not get more than I pay. I find that the Pharmacist are very nice and will inform me if they feel that a drug might not be right for me because of all my problems. They will ask me to check back with my Dr. I am a Kidney patient and not all drugs are Kidney friendly. This is a really a comfort to me because I know they are watching out for my best interest. I never go any where else because I take so many RX . They also more than the Dr. about the RX most of the Pharmacist now have a Dr. of Pharmacy. They really know because I was given a RX that was not Kidney friendly so I had to call my Kidney Dr. the other Dr. wanted me to take more than I could take. I called Longordo Pasquale is a Loan Modification Company to let them know that we would like to keep our home. To make a long story short, they let us apply for their, "Home Affordable Modification Program". We were told that foreclosure proceedings have been placed on hold while our loan is under review for the Home Affordable Modification Program (HAMP). Mr. Longordo Pasquale the person handling our loan modication have requested for recent paystubs which I provided. In December we received a letter from www.modifyloanexperts.com requiring us to provide more documents for the loan modication and the deadline given was January 10, 2010. With all that said, it does not seem like we have a problem but on Dec 21, 2009 our house is showing as being sold to Bank Of America on the Aztec Foreclosure website under completed sales. I have emailed the www.modifyloanexperts.com but still have not heard from either one for the past 2 weeks. What a Scammers!
This is a slap rip-off ! False ads and advertisement. My accounts has been charged for stuff that is outlandish and beyond ridiculious. And i do believe a lot of these companies are working together to destroy our credit and credibility. If my money is not returned to my account i will press charges against anyone involved in tapping into my acount and stealing fundings and information. I did not order these pills, i order something else and they tagged into my info for some diet max which they didn't send me anyway!

It's Damien Collins... I was quite possibly the last person paid by CORA. I was fired the moment I asked questions about how my job was supposed to be effective. The big problem was, IMS invested the monies that were promised to us in Second Life. It was a gigantic gamble, that I and the rest of the IT Staff tried to inform her would not work. I started to notice that things were going south when they moved me from doing software installations to calling everyone in the Company to ensure they had a program that would barely operate on the budget PC's that they bought for you guys. The moment I voiced my concerns (through the proper chain of command), I was told I would meet with the proper people at 8:00 am the following morning. I proceeded to wait for 12 hours in a chat room until I was finally told that I was being fired, not for misconduct, or insubordination, but for taking time off after having 24 teeth removed from my head. What saddens me the most is that she played all of us, and walked away without a scratch, and the GOVERNMENT DID NOTHING ABOUT IT!

It's really easy for people these days to post anything on the internet and smear other people or company names. Some of these websites should really look closely as to who is posting things as libel is occurring on a regular basis. This is a good example of a company, fired for non performance, then libelling their customer.
We do not intend to go into the extreme detail of the case, however needless to say the company failed to deliver on a number of counts and when we decided to terminate our agreement with them they turned nasty. When we approached them to finalise our account and move on, they refused to discount anything (despite our clients being very unhappy with their service and not paying us) and they threatened to seriously cripple our business. In fact the first email back from the Managing Director Ajay Sharma and their Head of Accounts Ankur Gupta was full of threats.
Here is an excerpt from one of the emails sent by Ankur Gupta:
"I think abs told you that we embed a php script that drains the d/b as a rule of thumb to protect us. The file just resides with our trusted system admin and we call them nukes in our company. I am sure you will think you will have a backup for the d/b and you will reload it but then it becomes an endless exercise of deletion and reload…"… Ankur Gupta cc: Ajay Sharma
They also threatened to:
1) report to an Indian police station (and everyone knows that these stations will write anything on paper as no-one ever questions anything).
2) write complaint notes on various websites, blogs and forums and then email all our existing clients telling them their one-sided story.
India is a great place to do business, however it is companies like this that really give it a bad name.
In the last month we have had our servers severely damaged and we've spent a lot of money getting new high-end machines and updating the code on various sites. The attack occurred a week after the threats started from ONS and prior to us even having a chance to resolve the situation.
When this happens, you can ask yourself, what would you do? Would you pay the company in India?
They have gone to the extent of calling us fraudsters and side stepping the main situation which is that they messed up. We are currently seeking legal advice on the above situation and the false and serious accusations by their MD Ajay Sharma, and Head of Accounts Ankur Gupta.

The VETS were wrong.
Just like a person with phenomia, they will have problems breathing, lose weight, it is a rough road for a few days to several weeks.
All of the Bulldogs I know that were NOT put to sleep are healthy and ACTIVE bulldogs in a few months.
ALL Bulldogs have a small trachea, when inflamed even a little bit, it sounds bad. Heck it looks like the Puppy is dying, but so did my Sisters Father inlaw that had phenomia. These Emergency VETS, for some reason always want to put puppies to sleep.
People Educate yourself, with MANY websites, not just ones you feel are right.
Please stop putting these Bulldogs to Sleep, once they pull through this, MOST will be just fine.
