Let me get this straight...you had a bad experience at a A&W so you decided to post your tale of hardship on the INTERNET rather than speaking with the manager have your, no doubt, hard earned dollars refunded? Very productive. Besides, it's not like you're dining at some 5-star steakhouse; its a f'king fast food place. Get over it, ya big baby.

Whoa there Slugger, guess I didn't realize how something so petty could mean so much to a person...and take it personally when someone doesn't agree with their sense of entitlement. You call this a complaint? Gosh, I hope the next fast food joint treats you like royalty.
I look forward to reading your next heart-wrenching tale of woe because the Walmart door greeter didn't say "Hi" to you.

...and you're right, this is a board about complaints. Well, I'm complaining about your pathetic complaint.

Actually, the website is ups.com.

If you just call the person or company who shipped the package & explain to them what happened, they call contact UPS. UPS would refund the shipper, and then the shipper could give you a refund.
Collection agencies don't have to be nice; you've already blown off the original biller by not taking care of your financial responsibilities.

Since your bill went into collections, it was probably LONG past due, and the contact information they had on you was obsolete...looks like they had to resort to more "creative" methods to get through to you.

Instead of throwing away money you obviously don't have by filing a lawsuit, why don't you just pay up? They can probably work out a payment plan & lower the amount of debt you have with them.
Are you a pubic hair expert? Maybe it was from a jheri curl.

Have YOU tried calling M&T bank yourself to ask them what's going on? Then you could be sure you're giving your personal details to a legitimate representitive.

Dear "Anonymous, " based on your poor spelling, grammar, lack of punctuation and request for the personal details of others, you sound like a con artist yourself.

I agree...ick, why go back?
Either don't eat there, or bring a fly swatter (or squatter) when you do.

Umm, you DO realize this isn't "Ian Travel Services, " right?

Membersareamo.com gives you instructions on how to install the crap like utorrent & how to download from other sites. The site itself does not have any films for you to download. If you were having technical problems, maybe there's something wrong with your computer; a compatibility issue.

The fact that the woman working for "True Vison" apparently couldn't READ the "no soliciting" signs should have set off the warning bells right then and there.
No wonder those are signs up, you're gullible enough to buy two magazines for $100!

Hurry up & respond; you don't want to miss this once and a lifetime oppotunity! The letter has an eagle on it so you KNOW it's 100% legit.

It's a pity you cannot read the terms and conditions listed on the VERY FIRST page of the site which explains the charge:

Q - What does it cost to get a payday advance loan?
A - For each $100 borrowed, our charges are a low $30 every 2 weeks or part thereof. There is also a $19.00, one-time only, non-refundable application fee, payable upon submission of this application.

Next time, fully read the company's policies BEFORE you try to coax any money out of them.

Your husband & son must have scored really well on the IQ test.
I was curious to know what phone model you have (I'm guessing it's a Sony Ericsson?) & where you got it from. The features on an SE phone that is "flashed" to the manufacturer's original firmware, or purchased from a 3rd party (who had the phone "flashed" or is an international seller) have features like navigation, GPS, or streaming video that doesn't seem to work quite right with AT&T's service.

Maybe your glasses were delivered & you just didn't see the package. Just a thought.

If you read the first page of the site, you would know the $19 is for the processing fee.

If you were stupid enough to fall for this scam you don't deserve to have anything refunded to you.
If you thought it was free, why did you enter your billing information, you ###?
Well whatever you do, DON'T contact the company to see why you are being charged each month.

We got it the 1st time; you don't have to write the same complaint twice. This complaint is shocking considering DEALEXTREME is known for their high-quality products.

Wow the site looks totally trustworthy...

If you're having such an issue, take initiative & dispute it w/ paypal. Chocodiles are readily availible in grocery stores, so I'm guessing you're too much of a lard ### to get out of bed. Serves you right.
I think your caps lock key is stuck.
