My guess is that you're pretty behind on payments. Anyone with a brain cell or two would think "Hmmm...perhaps if I pay them, the phone calls will go away!" Rent A Center probably deals with many deadbeats who don't pay and make up excuse after excuse...how do they know you're not one of them? Quit whining and f*ing pay your overdue bill.

Cancelling skill2thrill.com was a bit more challenging, I actually had to click "PRODUCTS AND PRICING" (which was waaaaaaaaaaaaaaay difficult) to see how to opt out,

You know, you COULD contact the company to see what the hold up is, or AT LEAST get a tracking number so check the progress. But that's just me; maybe your lack of initiative will resolve your problem better. Good luck, lady.

For christ skates, make sure NOT to alert the managment...nah it was much more productive to shave your grivences online.

Your mom must have been really excited to go out to dinner with her loving son...only to find out the "dinner" was from the fast-food burger from Burger King. Well, I suppose it could've been worse, like Taco Bell.

A copy of the reciept was wanted as a proof of purchase, smarty. They won't just blindly mail products out to whomever claims buying their crap. Why you didn't a) contact the place you purchased the laptop from, or b) fax the receipt when you got back is beyond me.

I really don't understand why you CONTINUE to go at all if your complaint is actually true. Do they make fun of all the customers, or just you?

She probably just left the brewery if she was driving as dangerous as you say.

Well, good thing you didn't get in a wreck since you were swerving in and out of traffic trying to keep up with her. If you were able to get the phone number, I'm guessing you would have phoned in your complaint...on your cell, while driving.

Were you really treated unfairly?

Viw this through the clerk's POV - Customer comes in wanting to return an item they state is defective. Clerk plugs item in, fiddles around with it for a few minutes & the item behaves as normal. Since item is not acting defective, clerk has no choice but to process the transaction as a standard return.
For all the clerk knows, the DVDs you were playing could've been messed up. It's not as if you and the clerk go way back - he doesn't know you.

Again - were you REALLY treated unfairly?

Oh, and you are wrong about Best Buy - they have a restocking fee as well:
