They TOLD you the waiting time - did you really need Church's chicken so bad that you couldn't have gone somewhere else to eat? And why would they apologize when they told you straight out how long it would take for more chicken to be ready.

Wah wah wah...

If you are too dumb to know how to screw pieces of wood together, you shouldn't have bought it to begin with.

$19 is the processing fee, smarties. They have to check your credit & crap to make sure you deadbeats can pay them back. Says it all on their FRONT PAGE. Read the site next time, genius.

Jeez Brad, lighten up...did Jason hurt your feelings or something? I wonder how long you spent on Google & Whitepages trying to find his address.

I find it hilarious that so many people fall for this while taking an IQ test...

It's not Telus' doing - it's the company your grandson submitted your personal information to. You should have kept a better eye on your grandson to begin with. You're lucky this time it's ONLY text messages (and probably monthly subscription charge) and not goatse, lemonparty, or Vundo.

On second thought, you probably have all three of these on your comp already.
You'd mentioned living in Kansas for about 3 years, so I am assuming from your wording this is the third time you've had your taxes prepared by this particular H&R Block. If they messed up *my* taxes the first two times, common sense would've kicked in and I sure as hell wouldn't have gone back for a third time - but hey, that's just me.

While it is partially "Becky's" fault for entering the wrong SSN, it is also partially your fault as well for not checking over the paperwork before signing.
Two observations from your complaint stuck out:

"Cook comes out...and touches his girlfriend with tongs!"

--While this is a little gross, I think it's far worse for the girlfriend as she was the one fondled with hot, greasy tongs...ugh, I can only imagine how trashy this couple is.

"...floor is greasie [sic], trash everywhere, hot sauce bottles covered in filth...employees are very dirty/unsanatary [sic]...i'm starting to think the food isn't safe to eat!"

--YA THINK?!? If this isn't an understatement, I don't know what is.
Really? I had no idea this happened to you; your experience was only posted THREE OTHER TIMES.

Talking "rather firmly" to the rep? Don't kid yourself, you know you were yelling at the young girl as soon as she picked up your call.

Anyway, I notice you convieniently neglected to mention of having to send back the product. Exactly how was this a scam when you got a refund AND the product?

It's pretty crummy you didn't get paid, but I hope you learned business lesson #1 - always get it in writing.

In the same vein, based on your logic a person calling their answering machine to listen to their messages from a pay phone in another country should be able to do so for free?!?

Once an answering machine picks up the line, the call is considered answered. If you were to end the call before the machine kicked on, chances are you would not have been charged. Why should you be reimbursed for that?

If you can't afford a cell phone, you probably shouldn't be calling another country from a pay phone anyway.

There's two sides to every story, and I find yours to be very unrealistic. Did you not have the reciept? Did you even TRY contacting Trutec's customer support? I've provided the link to them below so you don't burn out any more of the precious few brain cells you have left:

Next time, shell out a few more bucks for a brand name.

Sir/Madam:

Your inquiry has been received. The correspondence that has been sent to you appears to be true. There is nothing peculiar about winning a lottery in Europe you do not remember entering. It is not out of the ordinary the winnings are calculated in US Dollars, the lottery company is based in the Netherlands (whose currency are Euros), and the currency in your country are Rupiahs. Additionally, "JAMIU ADAMS" is a very common name in the Netherlands & United States. And finally, fiduciary agents are known to conduct this type of personal business via free email accounts, rather than his company's email account.

Congratulations!

Hahahahahaha that's one of the oldest tricks in the book, selling merch (either stolen or utter pieces of garbage) out of a trunk or back of a van. Your hubby SHOULD have checked out the merch first, in front of the guy selling it. But all your hubby could see were dollar signs in his eyes...which not only makes him smart as a rock and gullible, but greedy as well.

I sincerly hope he is not the main decsion maker in the family, and if he is, it more than explains why you guys are so tight on money.
For furture reference, if you're looking for an unhealthy, crappy breakfast via drive thru, Jack in Box serves it 24/7.
I can't imagine why they would be rude to you - you sound very pleasant to be around.

You failed to elaborate exactly how you tried to cancel. Was it online? Was it over the phone? Did you miss the day you were supposed to cancel?

Unfortunate as your experience is, my first "plan of action" would be to PHONE the company and speak with a live, breathing, human being. Calmly explain as to HOW you were not able to cancel.

If you cannot sort anything out w/ the company, contact your bank and contest the charges.

COME ON, LADY! It's not as complicated as you make it sound.
Your lack of details lead me to believe you tried to cancel online.

I've got a crazy idea...I dunno, it may be a little too wild for you, but...welp, here goes - CAN YOU TRY CALLING THE COMPANY TO CANCEL?!?
