I got a loan for emergency purpose. I have been paying for 18 mos, $216.55, borrowed 2500 and I still owe over 2400.

I asked for a deferment for 2 months for medical purpose and I was told no. I have never missed a payment and this company has almost double their money and I couldn't get a deferment.

The interest rate is outrageous, something must be done. You get the loan because you really need it and they play on your situation and get you for the high interest rate. We should ban together and not pay till the interest rate is lowered.

I asked for a loan at Cash Call... They loaned me 2500.00 and I ended up paying about 6500.00. They took advantage of me. I was in need... I hoped they bring a lawsuit against Cash Call... They ripped off people...

Cash Call employees would harass me on the phoned and called me everyday just because I missed a payment... I will tell them I will give the payment a little late, but they wouldn’t understand I will get a phoned called every second of the day... I will go forward and do a lawsuit against them... mad
I went to my McD's to get a snack wrap. It was a new store, so I went there to try the food. I ordered 3 snack wraps. It took abnormally long. After I got it, I opened one and ate it. I found that the ranch was salty and sticky. I tried the other 3 wraps and the ranch was the same. I complained to the manager, and they said that they would make me a new one. While they were making the wraps again, I listened to what they were doing. You would not believe what I heard. I heard a guy moan, "Oh yeahhhh". I was disgusted by what I heard. I just left the restaurant. I'm switching to Burger King. I wonder what the white part of the McNuggets are made of...

I too got defrauded by intellius. I used their information services for a long period of time and as I was checking my credit card statement I noticed some unusual charges from companies I did not recognize. after a morning on the telephone to those companies I found that they were intellius companies with revolving charges to my credit card. these companies were: 24protectplus; pmidentity; privacymatter; and valuemax. again, be very careful if you use this company for any information. I wasted a whole morning of my valuable time on this matter and they had charged approx $100 in unauthorized charges through these various companies.
Last Thursday at around 3:00 P.M, I went to the moline mcdonalds on 23rd Avenue to pick up food for my family. Everybody was just getting off of work and school so I could understand that the restaurant would be busy as always.

I ordered a five piece chicken selects with a mcchicken and a medium hi-ci for myself, a large big mac value meal for my husband, and two chicken nugget mighty kids meals for my son and daughter.

I was waiting for about three minutes when an angry caucasion male with a gun storms into the building demanding all the money the restaurant had (including the money in the safe) and he said if he didn't get at least $5, 000, he would kill one person for every $1, 000 that didn't meet his demands.

Well according to the man behind the register, it was a slow day and they only had about $2, 900 and he should'nt do anything rash.

The main pointed his gun at me when a two yound boys, Katlin and Kyle, jumped from behind the counter and wrestled the man to the ground. The manager then called the police and they were there in less than a minute.

The two boys saved my life, but my food was cold and they wouldn't give me a refund so I encourage everyone to boycott the moline mcdonalds on 23rd Avenue.
In February 2008, I was sold on the Comcast Triple Play under the guise of a triple rebate totaling $225. I converted my phone, internet and TV from Verizon to Comcast. In April, I completed the required forms and mailed them to the address provided. This is July 14, 2008 and I have yet to receive the rebate. The last time I checked on some web site (no longer can get there) was in June when the response was that they acknowledged receipt of my forms and that they take 4-6 weeks to audit and to process it. WHAT A SCAM ! What recourse do I have. The IRS has ruled that a rebate is not income but a refund of an overcharge. I want my overcharge remitted to me.
This site is full of scammers. Don't waste your time. Women from Africa and other places, all wanting money sent to them for bogus reasons. By the way - their profiles say they are from various U.S. locations. It is a phoney, dishonest site. Don't waste your time and money! They will send you phoney emails of others on the site who are interested in you. It is not so. In my opinion, this is not a legitimate site for those seeking a mate of any kind. This place needs to be shut down permanently. There has to be some kind of legal violation here.
I signed up for month on Singlenet, (at there 1 month rate of $24.95) and used my PayPal account. "NOW" Singlenet been stealing every month from me even after I had E-Mailed and also called them to tell them to "STOP". They always say they will refund my money but "NEVER HAVE" and the next month they steal it again. (Have done it for 3 months now). If there a class action suit against them I want in, if not "LETS" start one. They are taking advantage of the single dating on line people and they need to be stopped.
I originally purchase several pieces on April 13. Was told part of order would be ready end of April, part at end of May. Arranged separate deliveries. When first set of items wasn't ready until end May, wanted everything delivered together. Was very specific about that. Truck came, one item was backordered. Scheduled for following wk. New delivery company and they never showed up. It was supposed to be delivered between 9am - 1pm. Called Ashley customer service 3 times - 1:20, 2:30 and 4:40pm and was promised a call back from dispatcher. Call never came and no proactive follow up. They are closed Sunday and Monday so I expected a follow up call on Tuesday to reschedule. I called them this morning (Wed) at 9am and am still waiting for call back from Customer service rep 4 hrs later. Called again and they don't remember talking to me. But they are happy to reschedule the delivery. I told them now I am so unhappy, I want to cancel the item. They want to charge me 30% restocking. They took a message for the manager, but refused to give me his phone number.

I got screwed by Legion Global. I bought a 250 cc scooter that runs like crap, the front end wobbles and it is unsafe to drive. I bought a 6 mth warranty parts and labour, and they won't honour it. Do NOT buy anything from these crooks. My scooter is unsafe to ride, and the damage in shipping and the replacement part promised never arrived after 5 calls to them. They will call you back and blow you off. No call, no product, they should burn in ***! I'm just screwed out of $2000. Any advice on what I can do?

I have more than once written e-mails to the different sites within the Sears headquarters thinking I could get an answer. I have yet to have any direct answers given from anyone within the diffident departments the e-mails were sent. Case and point, bought a used tractor mower which the person listed as a GT3500, ask for information on that unit. The reply I received was asking for a model and serial number of the unit, not that Sears didn't list any mowers with the number of GT3500. It turn out to be a GT3000, the seller had made a mistake on the model number, when listing it.

This indicates the level of respect and customer service you get from the owner of RenoCanada after he has your money. It is rather unprofessional to psychoanalyze someone and make a personal attack on them in a business communication.

How unfortunate. From the tone of your message It appears that you are an angry person. I do recall having a discussion with you and working through our indifferences to what appeared to be a successful resolve. At no time did you ever make the accompanying assertions that you were forced into anything. I am truly shocked by these comments. You are conducting yourself in an unreasonable manner ~ I did not expect you to have a glowing view about us, but this is just ridiculous. Quite frankly, I do not believe anyone can make you happy. I do not expect to have any further dialogue with you and will advise the service department accordingly.

Opened my credit card statement for my brand new gold master card from sears yesterday. Was amazed to find that the caring personnel in the sears protection agreement dept. had kindly taken upon themselves to provide me with coverage on three appliances I had purchased in the past from them. The first one being a TV I bought in 1998, which was struck by lightning in 2001 and replaced with a new unit from a different retailer. The second was a chest type freezer I bought in 2001 and the third a dehumidifier purchased in 2003. All of these items they took upon themselves to insure for me for the paltry sum of $475. I didn't even have to authorize it! Of course it would have been somewhat troublesome for me to do so since I was 1500 miles away on vacation on the very date they stated the agreement was authorized! I do recall that some months previous to all this a call from a telemarketer trying to sell me this same insurance. At that time I did unconditionally decline the offer. Guess I just don't know what's good for me. This is fraud plain and simple, no other way to describe it! Other than theft. I will never ever darken the door of another Sears or K-Mart again! Where are the lifesucking lawyers when you need them.
Reserved hotel in Atlanta, GA highly recommended by the phone attendant. When I arrived there with my kids and family, the motel was a dump, with prostitutes on the parking lot and a bunch of drunks. The place was nasty, unsafe and very dangerous. Expedia could not find a replacement and refuses to give a refund. Claims did not know the motel conditions beforehand, but as I looked later on their site everyone else before me had the same experience and even got their tires flatten there. Still trying to get a refund! Expedia was not apologetic and lied to us.

The sears tech came out to perform annual maintenance on my heat pump (bought in 2005). It worked fine before he got to my home and fine while he was there. As the day wore on and the July temps were climbing we realized the house wasn't cooling off. Of course, this was on a Saturday and they wouldn't send him back to the house. The best I could do was a Wednesday appointment sometime between 8 and 5. The customer service department wouldn't return my messages and the contact center wouldn't put me through to anyone else who could help. 2 days later, I found this weird shaped piece of metal in the grass. Turns out the tech forgot to put the breaker back in the outside box after service. I stopped payment on my check to them and now Sears has sent me to a collection agency to get my $89 for crappy service in my home and crappy customer service. I HATE SEARS AND WILL NEVER SPEND ANOTHER DIME WITH THEM!

I ordered this service after being told I was eligible for their $130 rebates, one of which was for a modem they forced me to buy. After waiting a week for my service to be turned on, I saw that I was receiving no service on the activation date. I spent about 2 hours on the phone, and about the same on chat with so called customer service people, who were very polite, but knew little. A tech was supposed to call me the next day, after running a phone line check.

No call, so I call them, they send someone out, and it turns out they turned on service to the wrong address.

They cancel my order, and issue a new one to me. Just on a hunch, I make one more call to their number, and ask about the rebates I was promised, and they finally inform me, after the activation date, that I am not eligible for any rebates. I cancel the entire thing, and send back their modem and installation package. Today, I called to make sure the service was turned off, guess what, it's not! I cancel again, not knowing what to do to make sure I won't be billed for anything. The reason for all their bungling, they say, is because of the fact I don't have phone service with them, which I made completely clear several times to the sales person. No problem, they said. This has been a nightmare!
Verizon messed up my bill 4 months out of 12. I paid in full each time I received the bill, but called to discuss and expected a correction the next month.

Each time I called, the land line department blamed it on the wireless department, and vice versa. More than once, they 3-wayed me with both departments.

Thought it was straightened out, then out of the blue, I get a bill stating almost $200 due immediately or they would cancel service. When I called about that, knowing I had paid all they asked, they said they had credited me uncorrected about 5 months earlier and now they wanted their money back.

I cancelled all services with them and went to Comcast. Began paying the due bill in payments, then someone who identified herself as from Verizon called about the balance, told her making payments. She said as long as payments were being made, it was ok.

Next thing I know, I was turned over to a collection agency and now have a "paid under collection" status on my otherwise perfect credit report. Verizon refuses to correct the credit report saying it wasn't their error. ? It was numerous repeated errors from their company that started the whole mess to begin with!

I was contacted by a company called Subscriber Services, Inc, who promised me magazine subscriptions on the cheap. I thought it was a good idea since I have been meaning to renew my subscriptions anyway. The rep gave me an option of paying off the entire bill in 16 months. I figure no harm, no foul. Long story short. I wanted to change my magazine subscriptions so I went online to see if the company had a website. Imagine my surprise when I found a report on complaintsboard.com instead.
"Tren" Trenecia at Citi Financial Mortgage is the biggest *** ever! Her tone of voice totally *** and she's very condescending. I hate her! And so would you if you've ever had the putrid pleasure of speaking to her! Their total customer service ***. They keep transferring you to someone else after you've been on hold and already gave your information a few times already, and sometimes you even get disconnected. Their phone tree is really bad and so are all the employees in customer service, if that’s what they call it. I wish I never had dealings with them, had I known, my God, I swear I would have gone anywhere else but there!
I'm a 41 year old.

I have been receiving e-mails from FreeLotto stating that I'm a winner but when I try too claim my winnings they keep saying that the TSN# (Transaction Serial Number).

When I have asked them too help me they saying the same thing.

So I was wondering if you could help me as freelotto is Kevin J. Aronin's projects then he might want too know what is going on.

Hopefully you might help and I'm able to send the e-mails if you want.

borrowed money from another company to pay them off what I owe .I called them to ask what is my pay off. They want what I borrowed plus interest for each day until they receive it and decide to credit me. Interest is 27.98%. They raise it when they want without asking. I'm not getting anywhere, been paying them for years, done without to make payments so not to ruin my credit. On fixed income. Don’t know how they get by with it. Don’t ever get credit with any FIA. Expensive lesson for me or anyone.

I have had the same experience with Green Tea Pro... believing I was purchasing a trial at $4.95 and then within a few days noticing a charge of $84.90. My bank is currently looking into this matter.

I do have an email for the others who have posted. It is: This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it I am outraged as are all of you. Their 866 number is constantly busy or the mailbox is full. There must me something else we can do. I just sent my email and don't know how helpful or not it will be. Good luck to all of us.

I hired Empire Carpet, a national company, to install carpet at our home. The commercial on TV shows uniformed men installing the carpet, and the salesmen who sold the carpet was very nice. The 2 men who came out were a very different story. The dressed as the hadn't showered in days, they reeked of pot, they were late, they peed in my driveway and they took a 'smoke' break too often.

I called my sales guy to complain and he did absolutely nothing. He later said he did not want to reprimand the guys because he did not want them to lash out at us later. He said he would just give them less work. How unprofessional, I would never recommend them to anyone. I was pissed!

I have a dell dimension E510 that is 2 1/2 years old and already its kaput. The screen went black on me, and I guess its a video card because the monitor led light shows it is on and so does the cpu led. When new, I had to talk several hours to somebody in India just to get the *** thing to work. I had to plug in and unplug the ram. This is the sorriest product I have ever paid good money for. I am typing this email on a Compaq computer that is now 8 years old and never had a glitch. Thank you!

Hello,

I recently purchased an item from a company called Ivory White and when I returned the unused package within the time frame stipulated I was charged 28 dls for a restocking fee. They claim the package was crushed. I doubt this could have happened since I returned it in the original packaging and inside a mailing box with newspaper. I feel this is a way to charge customers who do not want to continue with their services, which leaves them helpless.

I feel this fee is very high, it is 35% of the actual product cost. When I spoke to the customer service manager she was remiss. I feel this is an absurd charge and feel I need to report this incident to your office.
