We are so appreciative to have David at Profession Medical Warehouse "in our back pocket" to come to our rescue on occasions when supplies have been hard to come by. These are stressful times and David has always been a smiling, kind voice on the other end of the line, looking for (and finding!) the items we have been unable to find and desperately need. Laura is the absolute best. All inquires are answered quickly and efficiently. Professional Medical Warehouse, had personal protective equipment (PPE) equipment and numerous other supplies needed when no other medical supply did, during this awful pandemic. Annie is a life saver and i have been personally helped by her anytime i reach out. The pandemic had us sweating bullets trying to find items we needed. With mostly everything being on back order it was a struggle for me. We are very impressed with the services provided and i will add Communication from this company is supreme. Dave and his team have consistently been able to find hard to get lab supplies during the supply shortages. They have helped us keep on schedule for complex protocols requiring I.V. dosing, sub cutaneous and I.M injections. During this difficult time where many supplies are on backorder, allocation, or not available, David has always assured we get the supplies we are looking for. PMW / Dave S. offers great customer service. I left my other vendor because they gave me better pricing and promised to give me the best deals at all times. Even when COVID made it difficult to acquire supplies, they were reliable. Although I am in Texas, I still get my products in a timely manner. My only con is that I am charged for shipping and it's not a flat rate. I would highly recommend PMW for medical products and supplies.

PS Medical is a great resource to have for any medical facility - Large or small. With some company allocations and production plant limitations overseas, PS Medical can source from a plethora of producers to fill many supply chain needs. Annie B is knowledgeable and easy to work with. Do not hesitate to contact them to maintain your healthcare service's integrity for your; customers, team and personal health and safety during this pandemic.

Laura H. @ Professional Medical came through for us on finding medication that is otherwise difficult to source due to shortages. She was friendly, responsive, and I am so glad that we have her in our back pocket. I will add that she heard my concerns on getting medication that is short dated or near expiration and how that affects us as a smaller clinic. Professional Medical Warehouse was so helpful in ensuring our Adult Residential Facilities has all the PPE supplies needed. Laura went above and beyond locating items as we hd several outbreaks. The staff at PMW demonstrated excellent customer service skills. They loaded our vehicles and ensured that all purchased items were given correctly. Laura sent our company daily emails with inventory as well as “on sale" items and also ensuring we received the best price.

Noelle was an incredibly intelligent well spoken customer service representative. I was astonished by her sparkling personality and all around quick thinking in solving my product finding problems. One second I had no supplies for my hotel and the next I had everything I needed for hospitality with a quick turnaround. It was a breeze and hassle free. Laura and her team at Professional Medical Warehouse have helped us with gloves when we could not get any at the time plus at a great price. Coming from a first responder military organization whose medical supply was not prepared for the COVID-19 pandemic. Professional Medical Warehouse went above and beyond to assist my unit in our time of need. They were able to supply us when it was difficult to impossible to find supplies. I was specifically assisted by Mr. David Shaft, who was more than engaged and attentive to our concerns. Customer service and follow-up was beyond reproach even during this very stressful time. Their attentiveness and concern for my team members and mission has forever earned my trust and I will continue to utilize them in the future.

As a veteran myself, knowing that Dave served in our Armed Forces, encourages me to let others know about veterans helping veterans. Professional Medical Warehouse has been our saving grace on more than once occasion through the pandemic. We have (more frequently than I'd like to admit) been unable to secure PPE such as gloves, masks, and rubbing alcohol/sanitizer through our normal medical supply company and had to place orders for these few items with Profesional Medical Warehouse. They have come through each time with quick shipping and great customer service. Our account representative, Laura Hughes, is always pleasant, communicates well, and is quick to answer questions and check inventory for me. I have no reservations about continuing to use them in the future and encouraging a prospective client to do so as well.
