This is one of the ### company I ever worked. The HR Persons working in this company will never be good to anybody who works in Offshore as well as Onsite. They are totally JERK!
Problems I've faced...
You won't get relieving letter when you want to come out of the company even after 5 years you worked there.
Almost all the HR persons are running with too much EGO as if they are the one who is running the entire IT industry.
You won't get the proper salary in proper time. Unnecessary deductions without no reasons.
All the HR managers, Sales Managers are cheating the employees whenever they found some possibilities.
They often think about the politics than company growth.
At least at this point Vedant Jhaver needs to get involve in micro level management activities atleast for some time.
So that in future he can come and sit in the company for some time. Otherwise, we will have good lodge in Alwarpet!
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

The Middle management doesnt understand anything. Couple of directors hv joined from Infy. They act like a mouthpiece to Akila and Meena. seems like they dont work for the organization. They are working for the 2 ladies. Just dumb..They dont even think or try to understand the real problem. You please do this to pacify Akila. What kind of thought process is this? If you join for higher end positions, and if you work with them, you will not learn anything..and they will not let you take decisions too. They will just curb you down. And if you speak anything against them, you are gone. They will ensure you are pulled down and will let you move out..
Better not to join prodapt. You will find your productivity wasted in unnecessary ### work. You will never be utilized effectively.

Prodapt is a worst company. Two worst ladies Meena and Akila.. spoiled the attitude amongst the employees. All the loyal employees were quit due to their poor management skills. They dont knew how to speak in office.. they simply shout to the employees in the bay area.. for minor issues.. time sheet should be entered in the intranet tool on daily basis.. if u fail.. u ll be marked as absent or loss of pay for the day. You need to come to office @10.30 AM.. if you come before 1 PM.. its half day leave/..if u come after 1 PM means u ll be considered as absent for the whole day. But you should not leave from office... after 8 hours of work.. u hav to stay in office even if you dont have work...
Vedant please fire Meena and Akila.. then prodapt will reach the goal soon... All the best.
I have been working here for many years now. Honestly speaking I have not seen any such incident so not sure why people leave such comments. Everything is followed as per the process so maybe you need to check now with your colleagues who are still part of Prodapt. Incidents about any particular employee might be just one of such incident. In general this is a great place to work!
This is the worst company I have seen in my life. I have worked under Logesh B. Big politician in this company. He is working under Meena. If meena is absent in office he will come to office by 1 pm and leave by 2pm. Buttering kind of project manager
I had worked earlier with 3 Top MNC before Joining Prodapt..
Of all the I had found Prodapt to be best work place..
All the bigger MNC might have Big Names but one can expect the real Career Growth here in Prodapt..
You work hard and your work is surely being paid here..
I will surely recommend this place to anyone who is a Job seeker...
