Bundled Long Distance Service
Telecom called me and talked me into buying a long disance package(supposely cheaper than my existing long distance service. which they gave me a cheap price for a few months then charged a higher rate) when i told them I already had a unlimited free long distance thro my telephone company. then after months of neglecting to check all costs on my telephone bill. I cancelled the what I believe was a double charge for same service. Since I already had a long distance service. then when I cancelled service they charged me for whole month when I cancelled on the 3 rd day of the month. I think the public needs to know that we older p0eople can also be talked into things that we should be protected from by telemarkers. Selling us services we already have. since then and lots of money I put a block on thro my telephone company keeping this from happening.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

central telecom long distance, Inc. are scam artists...they're saying i owe them 6.67 after been havin disconnected my telephone service...i don't see where i saved any money dealing with them when i never used my phone.
Central Telecomm are thieves that prey on unsuspecting family members. The have honed thier cheating and lying so well that the longer you talk to them the more they try to make you think you are stealing from them. Call your carrier now and block switching on your phone. There have been so many complaints the FCC has allowed your carrier to do this now at your request.
