Dear Sir

With reference to the above My son Mr Dishant Desai has purchased Electric Razor S9 series Order Placed: February 27, 2021

Amazon.com order number: [protected] in 2021 .

On 3rd May 2022 one fine day my machine has stopped working so I have given my machine for repairing to M/s Unique Services in India which is your Authorized Service center. They have informed me that your machine circuit is not working and it has to be replaced. As My machine is under warranty so they have replaced Circuit and returned my machine after 4 months with explanation that they have not received replacement part from the company.

When I have received my Electric Razor in September2022 my Cleaning station was not working, So again i have given my entire Machine with cleaning station to your authorized service center, after one week they have returned the machine with new cleaning station.

In month of March 2023 one day morning my Razor on -off Button has been come off from the socket without any reason, So again I have contacted M/s Unique Service, This time they have changed my on -off Button with Rs.1230/- charges which I have paid.

In the month of April 2023 again my Electric Razor has stopped working I have contacted M/s Unique Services and submitted my machine for repair now they are saying that again you machine circuit is not working ,So we have to replace your circuit and for that you have to pay Rs.4500/- repairing charges. Sir, for how many times, I have to pay for your manufacturing defect? I have given my machine for repair in the month of April 2023 and they have return machine in working condition on 14 August 2023 and within 7 days it has stopped working.

I have contacted Sudip  Mondol  he said unique services is no more authorized service provider of BRAUN .I also contacted  Mr. Rajendra Prasad again this time he said please you contact P & G grievance  department.

Since purchase of machine, I am continuously getting repairing issues, which shows your product was not at all as per the International Standard specification what was mentioned in your various broachers, which is totally fails as a part of your organization and looking into the various repairing issues, I hereby demand full refund of my money else I have no other way but to approach the concern consumers authorities with my grievance and I may demand mental agony for the trouble I have faced by using your product.

Ihave given complain in P & G and they have assigned your email the reference number [protected],

I am enclosing herewith our purchased Invoice and All Repairing machine submission Receipt.
