Procom Heating Service and parts

Bought a ventless gas heater and a part was broken in box. Called customer service and was told would have in 3 days. Nothing came. Called back and told backordered be a week or so. Called in weeks later, same story. Called today and was told part not available til summer. Who needs a stove thermostat in the summer. Will never buy off this company again...
