Pro World

Yo, I finally got my stuff from Pro World Inc after some delay due to Corona. Luckily, it wasn't a total disaster. But, it couldn't be all sunshine and rainbows because I messed up some of my order. Oopsie! Now, I'm just sitting tight and waiting to see if their exchange process is as great as their order process. Keeping my fingers crossed, man!

So, I gotta say, my experience with Pro World Inc. was less than stellar. Like, it took foreeeever to get my order. I mean, I'm all for patience, but I had to call 'em up and they were like "oh it might be on back order or something, idk", which is like...okay, but why didn't you tell me that in the first place? And like, to make matters worse, when I called customer service about it they were not very cool at all. Not a fan.

Honestly, I'm probably gonna end up going back to some of the other artsy brands I've used before. I know they'll actually keep me in the loop if there's any issues with my order, and their customer service isn't gonna make me wanna pull my hair out. Pro World Inc. might work for some folks, but it just wasn't the right fit for me.

Hey guys, I recently bought some vinyl from Pro World Inc (proworldinc.com) and usually I have had a pretty smooth experience with them. However, this last time was not the case.

I ordered a specific color and was super excited to get started on my project, but was sent a completely different color! Talk about a bummer. Now, I have to jump through some extra hoops to get the correct vinyl sent to me and it's delaying the completion of my order. Ugh.

Although it's a bit annoying, I will say that their customer service has been helpful in trying to resolve the issue. It just sucks that I have to wait longer to finish my project.

Overall, I'd still recommend Pro World Inc to others. Just maybe double check your order when it comes in to avoid any mix-ups like I had. Happy crafting!

Dang, Pro World Inc. was a total disappointment! Their customer service is straight up terrible. I mean, it took almost two whole weeks for me to get my order of two vinyls, which is just unacceptable. I ended up having to get my stuff from another company instead, and I actually finished my project with that order before Pro World even came through with theirs. Total waste of time and money. I definitely won't be ordering from them again.

Hey guys! So, I totally gave Pro World Inc a shot and let me tell you, I was pleasantly surprised! I've never ordered from them before so I was a little nervous, but they totally rocked it with speedy delivery! It was honestly super impressive how quickly they got my order to me.

Buuuut, they made a little mistake and sent me the wrong item. Hey, no biggie though, mistakes happen. Luckily, their customer service was on point and they quickly corrected the mistake. I let them know what was up and within three days I had the correct item in my hands!

All in all, I'd definitely recommend Pro World Inc to anyone in the market for screen printing supplies. They have a great selection and their prices are totally reasonable. Plus, their customer service is top notch which, let's be real, is always a huge plus!

Anyway, long story short, I wouldn't recommend using Pro World Inc. There are plenty of other companies out there who are much better to deal with. Don't waste your time with these guys, they're not worth it. And John, if you're reading this, thanks buddy- you just lost yourself another customer.

So I got this laser alignment tool as a Christmas gift, which I was pretty stoked about. But when I went to use it, one of the lasers wasn't working. It seemed like there was some kind of electrical problem or something. Big bummer.

I figured I'd just hit up Pro World and see if they could help me out with an exchange or something. But they were like, "nah man, you gotta talk to Hotronix." Which was kinda annoying, but I guess it makes sense since that's the brand of the laser thingy.

Anyway, I eventually talked to the Hotronix peeps and they sorted me out with a replacement. So all's well that ends well, but it was definitely a bit of a hassle. Woulda been nice if Pro World had been able to take care of it themselves, ya know?

Overall though, I still think Pro World is a good place to shop if you're into this kinda stuff. Just maybe don't expect them to handle every possible issue you might have.

Like, I followed their directions on temp, time, and mashing that sucker down hard, ya know? But when I had issues with one of my products, I called them up and they told me it was cause I wasn't pressing hard enough. So I went ahead and applied even more pressure on the replacement... but still no dice. It was like trying to press a piece of stale bread.

That being said, some of the other prints I got came out looking pretty fly. So it's not all bad, ya dig? I would just caution peeps to double check whatever they order from these guys and make sure they feel confident in their press game before going ham on that heat press. But overall, not too shabby.

So, let me tell you guys about my experience with Pro World Inc. (proworldinc.com). I ordered some supplies worth $500 from them, but guess what? They were delivered to the wrong address! Can you believe it? My neighbor up the street ended up with my prints and I almost lost all my money.

Thankfully, I have some awesome neighbors who returned my package. But man, was I frustrated. I mean, how can a company mess up something so important like the delivery address label? That's like Shipping 101, right?

Anyway, I had to go through a lot of hassle to get my package back, and needless to say, I was hesitant to order from Pro World Inc. again. I mean, can I really trust them with my order accuracy and shipping details?

Although the paperwork was correct, the shipping label was missing a freaking number in my address! Come on, guys, how hard is it to double-check an address before sending out a package?

Overall, I was pretty disappointed with my experience with Pro World Inc. Sure, they might have good prices and a wide variety of supplies, but what's the use of that if they can't even get the basic things right? So, unless they fix their accuracy issues, I'll be shopping elsewhere.

Proworld Inc is awesome, period. They have so much to offer! First of all, you can rack up points and get free shipping, which is super cool. But that's not the only thing that makes this company stand out. They even give out Swedish fish candy to their customers! How thoughtful is that? Their dedication to customer satisfaction is amazing.

Honestly, I was a little disappointed when I didn't receive any of those sweet, sweet fishies in my order. But hey, it's the little things that count, right? And even though I didn't get everything I wanted in my order, I really appreciated how quickly they refunded me for the missing decal.

Seriously though, I can't wait until my next order so I can hopefully get some of those delicious Swedish fish. Thanks, Proworld Inc, for being awesome and caring about your customers!
