Yo, I finally got my stuff from Pro World Inc after some delay due to Corona. Luckily, it wasn't a total disaster. But, it couldn't be all sunshine and rainbows because I messed up some of my order. Oopsie! Now, I'm just sitting tight and waiting to see if their exchange process is as great as their order process. Keeping my fingers crossed, man!

And like, to make matters worse, when I called customer service about it they were not very cool at all. Not a fan.
Honestly, I'm probably gonna end up going back to some of the other artsy brands I've used before. I know they'll actually keep me in the loop if there's any issues with my order, and their customer service isn't gonna make me wanna pull my hair out. I gotta say, my experience with Pro World has been pretty solid. I've ordered a bunch of stuff from them and have always been happy with my purchases. Except for this one time.
So I got this laser alignment tool as a Christmas gift, which I was pretty stoked about. But when I went to use it, one of the lasers wasn't working. It seemed like there was some kind of electrical problem or something. Big bummer.
I figured I'd just hit up Pro World and see if they could help me out with an exchange or something. But they were like, "nah man, you gotta talk to Hotronix." Which was kinda annoying, but I guess it makes sense since that's the brand of the laser thingy.
Anyway, I eventually talked to the Hotronix peeps and they sorted me out with a replacement. So all's well that ends well, but it was definitely a bit of a hassle. Woulda been nice if Pro World had been able to take care of it themselves, ya know?
Overall though, I still think Pro World is a good place to shop if you're into this kinda stuff. Just maybe don't expect them to handle every possible issue you might have.

I gotta say that I bought a bunch of stuff from Pro World Inc (proworldinc.com) and some of it was totally boss... but some of it was just not doing it for me, fam. Like, I followed their directions on temp, time, and mashing that sucker down hard, ya know? But when I had issues with one of my products, I called them up and they told me it was cause I wasn't pressing hard enough. So I went ahead and applied even more pressure on the replacement... but still no dice. It was like trying to press a piece of stale bread.
That being said, some of the other prints I got came out looking pretty fly. So it's not all bad, ya dig? I would just caution peeps to double check whatever they order from these guys and make sure they feel confident in their press game before going ham on that heat press. But overall, not too shabby.
