Best Of Signs not trustable excuses

I have bought the item# BBTAT06W, 6' Rectangle table toppers - white.

I never get any description for custom made on this product, but they refused my return request base because they told me it has custom PRINT and CUT for my order.

I won't trust this item custom made for me.

By the way, customer service bad. Not response on email for more than 2 weeks, just back and fore for online CS with no result.

Recommendation: Don't buy from them if it is no need on custom made

Best Of Signs Mixed Experience with Best Of Signs: Website Glitches and Transaction Issues

I had a bit of a struggle with Best Of Signs when I was trying to place my order. At first, the total amount wasn't coming up correctly, and I had to redo the order twice to get it right. Even after that, the website was still showing a price of $20-something per item, even though I knew that three items should only cost $16-something. It was a bit confusing, but I eventually got the overall price I was looking for.

However, when I tried to make the purchase, I ran into another issue. The website wouldn't let me complete the transaction, which was frustrating. I reached out to customer service, and they suggested that I save my cart. But I couldn't find an obvious way to do that. Eventually, I decided to start over in Chrome, and after trying to place the order for the fourth or fifth time, it finally went through.

Overall, it wasn't the smoothest transaction, but I'm hoping that the product will be worth it. Despite the issues I had with the website, I'm still looking forward to receiving my order and seeing how it turns out.

Best Of Signs Mixed Experience with Best Of Signs: Great Product, But Ordering Process Needs Improvement

I gotta say, my experience with Best Of Signs was a bit of a mixed bag. On one hand, the product itself was pretty darn good. The design was nice and the materials seemed to be of high quality. But on the other hand, the ordering process was a bit of a headache.

First off, there were all these pop ups that kept showing up and making me resize my screen just to complete the order on my normal laptop. And then the descriptions of the products were pretty vague, so I had to ask twice online just to figure out what was required to make it a full kit. Not exactly the most user-friendly experience, if you ask me.

And then there was the check out process. It kept showing different pricing, which was confusing. It seemed like choosing the "no cost" shipping option negated the new customer discount, which didn't make a whole lot of sense to me. But I soldiered on and eventually got my order in.

The one thing that really surprised me was that the product actually shipped directly from India. I had assumed that I was ordering a made in US product just because it had a US address, but apparently not. That being said, it did arrive pretty quickly, so I can't complain too much.

All in all, I'd say that Best Of Signs is a decent option if you're looking for a good product. But the website could definitely use some work to make the ordering process a bit smoother.

Best Of Signs Best of Signs Ordering Process Needs Improvement: A Frustrating Experience with Hiccups

When it comes to Best Of Signs, I must say that I had a bit of a difficult time with the ordering process. As someone who heavily relies on user-friendly navigation and interfaces, I found the process to be quite the opposite. Specifically, I saved a design on their website but was unable to place an order from that saved file, which was quite perplexing.

Thankfully, I was able to reach out to their customer service team for assistance. In chatting with a friendly sales representative, I was informed that I needed to leave a comment in the designated comments box in order for them to retrieve and use my saved online design. While I was grateful for the help, I could not help but think that this process could and should have been much more streamlined.

I must say, I was a bit disheartened by the experience due to the frustration it caused. However, I did appreciate their willingness to help me through the process, as well as their products. One note for Best Of Signs - I would highly recommend updating your website to make the ordering experience more straightforward for your valued customers. A clear, concise process would undoubtedly improve the overall customer experience and satisfaction.

Best Of Signs Review: Frustrating Customer Service Experience with Best of Signs

I recently had an experience with Best of Signs (bestofsigns.com) that left me feeling very frustrated. I attempted to contact their customer service department three separate times, and each time I was placed on hold. Although I was initially told that I was third in line, I ended up waiting longer than expected and repeatedly heard the same message— that I would be contacted later. Needless to say, this was not the kind of customer service experience that I had hoped for.

After my experience on the phone, I attempted to reach out through the chat feature on the Best of Signs website. Unfortunately, this was not much more helpful, and I found myself struggling to resolve my issue. I recently had an experience with Best Of Signs (bestofsigns.com) and wanted to share my thoughts. Overall, I think they offer some really great products and services, but there were a few things that prevented me from giving them a full 5-star rating.

Best Of Signs Mixed Experience with Best of Signs: Impressive Selection of Templates, but Design Center Frustrations

My experience with Best of Signs was a bit mixed. While the selection of templates is impressive, the design center left a lot to be desired. I appreciated being able to select my color at the beginning, but quickly ran into issues when I couldn't change the background color after selecting my template. The template setup in general felt a bit inadequate - designs on the ends of the table didn't actually appear at the ends when pulled over, which made placement accuracy a challenge. Adding grid lines would have been helpful in ensuring that the left and right side matched up properly.

One other issue I ran into was with transparent designs. Since the design center features a white background, placing these transparent images felt like a shot in the dark. On the upside, I have to give props to the chat support team. They were incredibly patient and helpful, quickly answering my questions and helping me find solutions to my design challenges.

Best Of Signs Hit or Miss: My Experience with Best of Signs

Overall, my experience with Best of Signs has been hit or miss. On one hand, their pricing is unbeatable, making them a great option for anyone on a budget. On the other hand, I have experienced problems with product quality, delivery time and customer service.

While their products are generally acceptable to great, I have had a few experiences where I received subpar quality products that had issues with printing, durability or overall appearance. In addition, their delivery times can be longer than expected, even when factoring in production and shipping times. Best Of Signs Disappointing User Experience at BestOfSigns.com

When I first visited BestOfSigns.com, I was looking forward to exploring the array of options they advertised for creating custom signs and banners. Unfortunately, my initial experience left me feeling frustrated and confused. It seemed like no matter what I did, I couldn't get the shipping and billing addresses to stay unaltered, and the 20% discount didn't apply correctly. Even worse, I was presented with a shipping date only to have it delayed shortly afterward. This made it difficult for me to figure out when exactly I could expect my order to arrive.

Adding to my difficulties, the site's chat feature was more of a hindrance than a help. Even when I wasn't in an active chat, the screen kept popping up, which ended up being a serious distraction while I was trying to place my order.
