Ordered two books from FC&A that I never received but was charged for Tracking continues to show no details of expected delivery or if it will be delivered

ABOUT 2 MONTHS AGO I RECEIVED NOTICE OF BILL, I THINK IS WAS ORIGINALLY, MICROSOFT PRODUCT. I WAS BILLED, $42.99. NOW I AM GETTING STATEMENTS IN THE MAIL WITH ADDED CHARGES. STATEMENT FROM FC&A, 4 MONTHLY PAYMENTS, FIRST 3 $31.50 OR, TO PAY FULL AMOUNT DUE, RETURN $42.99. CONFUSING TO SAY THE LEAST. I HAVE TRIED TO CONTACT THEM STATING I NEVER ORDERED ANY PRODUCT FROM FC&A PUBLISHING. I DID NOT HEAR BACK FROM THEM. I HAVE STATEMENT BUT I DO NOT KNOW HOW TO UPLOAD.

I am writing on behalf of my father, ***, who received an invoice for a book: "Computers, Internet and Ce...". He is 89 years old and his thinking is beginning to be a bit foggy. He does not remember ordering this book, nor has he received it. He received a bill for $42.63, due now, with the threat of a $3.00 late fee if he does not pay immediately. He was given the option to pay in 4 monthly payments of $21.32. That would be much more than the price listed. Upon doing research, this company appears to have a history of preying on the elderly by sending cards with an option of "I'd like to take a look," then billing them. Several, like my father, do not even remember ordering a book. The company appears to be sending them to the elderly then demanding payment. I want this "invoice" cancelled out and some legal authority to go after this company and stop their predatory practices with senior citizens. For further info, please contact me at ***@gmail.com.

I am writing on behalf of my elderly mother in law, who asked me to take care of this. She keeps receiving a bill from your company (order #XX-XXXXXX-X) for a book she never ordered. Since this book was unsolicited, we do not want to pay for it or the postage to return it. Even getting to a post office would be a hardship for her. So, we would like your company to cancel this debt. In this way, we could resolve this matter through the ComplaintsBoard.com instead of goverment authorities. sends books I didn't order I am 85 years old and this is stressful for me. I live in a trailer, adn I have to get a ride to the post office to return these books addressed to *** which I started getting last month. I always return them, they keep sending me invoices.

Received a cookbook from FC&A did not request. My Mother-In-Law received a cookbook she did not request by mail or mailing a Free Preview card or otherwise. She is 84 years old and does not hear well. We have made several attempts to contact the number on the "bill" to tell them this info. They want pmt of $42.59 or send it back. She will not pay to send this back when she did not order it. She is on a very fixed income and does not go to the post office due to COVID. The bill says if not paid or book not received they will be turned into collections, scaring people to pay the bill. Order #XX-XXXXXX-X

Continue to receive invoices for books that were marked RTS upon delivery. Elderly Aunt received books that she did not order. Called multiple times to cancel but book invoices continued to come. She never ordered from this company. Books were marked "Return to Sender" and dropped it off at the post office. She is now receiving notices from collection agencies demanding payment. I looked into this online and it is obvious by the number of complaints here (ComplaintsBoard.com) and elsewhere there are issues inside FC&A. We dispute the validity of the charges and demand that FC&A immediately stops any further collections activities.
