I think the shipping cost is too much and should be shown right away when you're buying. It could really make or break a sale.

I ordered signs on [protected]. They were supposed to arrive on [protected]. They made labels but lost my order before Fed Ex could pick it up! When I tried to track the shipments, Fed Ex said they didn't get them. I called to ask about my order and they said they had to make them again and ship them, but it would take another 7 days! These signs are for a campaign with a time limit! I asked for 2-day delivery, but they said it's not possible because they're in Texas. Seriously? It's 2021, we have express delivery! Now I got another automated message saying my package has shipped and will arrive on June 4th through UPS instead of FedEx. Today is June 3rd and when I click the tracking link, there's no information. Let's see what happens. I'm also mad because I ordered signs for a friend who's running for office too. It's delaying both our campaigns. I won't use this company again.

I ordered 5 signs with wire stands. When the signs arrived, there were no wire stands. I called, thinking it was a mistake, and they told me that if I wanted the stands (which I had already ordered and paid for), I would have to pay an additional $30+.

This company sends signs with the wrong colors. They blame you and push you to buy more signs. I waited for weeks for them to address my complaint about the wrong colors. Finally, they emailed me saying that my Adobe proof PDF/X1a:2001 format had the wrong colors. That's nonsense! I've been in the graphic arts business for over 30 years. Instead of replacing the signs, they tried to sell me more and promised the new ones would have the right color.

I used this company last year for signs. They have my sign template on file. This year they sent me signs for $172.76. The signs are missing our website at the bottom. The letters are not spaced correctly and there is a smear *** on top of one of the letters on the signs. I called the company and was told that I ordered the signs that way. That's impossible. These signs were supposed to be duplicates of last year's order. I still have some of the old signs. They offered me a *** dollar credit. I offered to send them back with a return shipping label and requested a refund. They said they can't do that.

I got signs for my biz. When the signs came, I saw they were only printed on one side. I reached out to customer service and told them the signs were supposed to be printed on both sides. They said the double side option wasn't checked and the only way to fix it was to order new signs and pay more. I asked why I couldn't just send the package back and get the signs printed on the other side. The rep didn't offer any other solutions. I've ordered signs from them before and never had a problem getting them printed on both sides.

On 7/12/2022, we ordered 2 signs from Signs on the Cheap. We paid for the 2-day shipping option. The first email we got said the signs would arrive on 7/16/2022 via *** between 2-6. But the signs didn't come on 7/18. So, I called them to ask about my signs. The employees were really rude and not helpful at all. They said the signs won't arrive until 7/20/2022. I paid *** for 2-day shipping, and they just said, "Too bad, we don't deliver on weekends, so you're wrong." But I have screenshots of the email that clearly show they were supposed to arrive on the 16th. The employee, who was the manager, called me a condescending liar and said my email didn't say that. So, I'll show them the email to prove I'm right. I will NEVER use this business again. I'm a realtor, and I'll make sure nobody I know uses this business either.

I ordered signs on Aug 24. Signs shipped on the same day. Received a few boxes, saw the inspection pages on the inside. Days later, I delivered the signs to the people who were to distribute them, then I left. Later that day, I received a call letting me know that the signs in the box were for an asphalt company not the campaign signs I actually ordered. I emailed them on Sept 3, explained my issue and the next day get a message on Sept 4 asking me to provide details. I stated then that the order was no longer in my possession in fact it was over 100 miles away. I sent photo of the wrong signs to them. On Sept 8, I was told to expect a refund via email of $872.97 from Sean B, Then on Sept 10 I was told it was in process. Then Sept 11 I was told it was denied, Also on Sept 10, I was told to destroy the wrong signs. In the Sept 11 email I was told to send them billing statements. As stated to them, they asked me to destroy the boxes one day and then ask for information the next day. Now I have been calling weekly for an update. Just hung up the phone and STILL have no resolution. I want my money back to my account. It does not take this long for a reputable business to do this. DO NOT USE THEM!

I bought 800 signs (Different sizes) and stakes from SignsOnTheCheap.com on 1/12/2022. The whole order cost $4,055.13. The products came 1-2 weeks later. Then, on 2/1/2022, I got a call from their Business Partner team. They said that orders over $1000 get discounts and asked if I wanted to be a business partner. I asked why they didn't contact me right after I placed the order, but before it shipped, to set up this relationship and discount. They said their system is 2-3 weeks behind, so their department just got this info. I asked if they would credit my account with what I would have received, and they said they couldn't do that. I told the person on the phone that I would have preferred not to get this call because now I know what I missed out on. The next day, another team member (***) called to check on my dissatisfaction. He said the same things the lady did the day before. When I told him I regretted getting these last two calls, he said it's "common sense" that if you're making a big order, I should have called the number on the website first. I explained to him that it's not common sense like he thinks and that common sense would be a note on their website saying "For orders over $1000, please call us directly for discounts." He insisted that other people and business owners call and that I should have known to call. Just a reminder, I didn't ask for any of these phone calls. About 30 minutes later, I talked to ***(?) from their Customer Support team. They said the *** is understaffed, so they're behind, and the website is 15+ years old, so the "code makes it hard to make any changes to the website." I asked to speak to the supervisor of the *** and got transferred, but it went to voicemail. If this company has discounts for big orders, they should clearly say that.
