I took my big rig to W.W. Williams Company on 10/6/2022 for some repairs that involved TA-Petro. But, man, it's been a real headache trying to get anything done. They keep making excuses about TA-Petro being unresponsive, but I took care of that myself. It's been almost three weeks now and they still haven't done anything about it. I have to keep following up with them just to get any kind of update. It's frustrating not knowing what's going on and not getting any resolution.

They made another invoice and we paid the first one but they keep bugging us to pay the second one. I tried to talk to them but they keep sending us bills that are overdue.
