This company is not very professional! I talked to *** about moving my daughter and he gave me different options and rates, but he didn't tell me about the extra drive time cost. My daughter chose to move on a Sunday morning, but they called her the night before to change it to the afternoon. On the day of the move, they were late and my daughter had to rush to get out of her storage unit. I called to complain and they charged us too much on the bill. They also suggested a high tip and extra drive time cost. My daughter agreed to the tip because she was tired and it was late. When we talked to management, they were rude and didn't care. They didn't give us any compensation.

This is the best moving company I've ever had. I move a lot so I can attest to this. The professionalism from booking the appointment to the completion of my move was such a great service. I would recommend others to check them out.

I was very happy with your service and would use your service again. *** and *** were on time and very professional. There was a lot of stuff to move and some heavy stuff and they smiled and went for it. So So happy with the two of them.

The movers were polite, prompt and very professional. Anthony and Moises were really efficient and what was most impressive is how the were following the COVID-19 guidelines. I was reluctant to hire movers but they made me feel safe and secure. I will absolutely be referring this company from now on.

and *** really pulled through and helped me with my move! The movers I had *** a mistake by leaving out my beds legs during my move, but they helped me make sure my bed wouldnt break until I could get new ones. Theyre real ones! They even made jokes throughout the way, and had excellent customer service.

and Dom did a very professional job in moving our furniture in ***. Importantly, the large flat screen TV was unscratched. The furniture was undamaged. And these professionals efficiently worked in record time. I would hire these gentlemen again without hesitation. Extraordinary professionalism and personality. They are the BEST!

Hired this company . The service is slow , it took them about 5.5 hrs to move a two bedroom apartments within 7 miles distance. The tv got damaged and they said I will have to submit a claim for that. They also charged drive time too. Moreover , i talked to their manager *** about the slow workers and she didnt want to do anything. The workers were working non stop but not experienced and slow. For a rate of 149 per hr, thats alot of money. Will not be doing business again and will not refer friends neither. Plus , the workers didnt wear masks.Stay away...

Pro Movers Inc is completely unreliable. Look at the other recent 1 star reviews. Don't let their overall Yelp score fool you.We booked a move in early May for today, June 26. They regularly messaged reminders over the past 1.5 months and even confirmed our 9am move last night.I received a call from *** at 9am this morning saying he wanted to personally inform me they were understaffed today and he needed to reschedule me to 1pm and would send 6 guys and 2 trucks for the price of my scheduled 4 guys and 1 truck. I obliged. I get it. Stuff happens.They never followed up or reached out to cancel/apologize. Not a peep. No messages, no updates. Nothing. All calls go to voicemails. They answered the phone once and said they'd look into it and call me back in 30 minutes. That was 7 hours ago. I also messaged them on their customer portal. Two canned replies saying they're looking into it, then radio silence.They don't care about you or your deadlines. Their *** state if you cancel, they'll charge you. It also states they can cancel on you at any time with no ramifications. I called around and found a company with better reviews, cheaper pricing, and a commitment to their agreements. Thankfully I have an extra day of flexibility. Don't make the same mistake. Avoid this company and go with someone who cares."

We used Pro Movers for a long distant move. Moving is an incredibly stressful time especially relocating and having a disabled husband. Would NEVER use or recommend them ever! We had the worst experience! Quoted one price, by the end of them loading 80% of our stuff they stopped and doubled our price after doing a walk through. We know what a quote is but by double? What a ***! Then arriving to our new location, the guys stopped unloading for us to pay, what a mess that was. This was a whole other situation. When we paid the Manager then he asked us to start unwrapping / taking off the tape off the larger items & emptying our wardrobe boxes so they could get out of there to get home. Also, we received a phone call by the Manager accusing us of calling him a liar & thief. I have 25 yrs in HR & if that was my employee it wouldn't be good! We also had to ask them to reassemble our beds, boy that was a chore.The *** was nonresponsive & *** was no help at all to the situation/ took for every to respond and the owner said that is what he hires people to do & handle. There was no compassion / understanding for our situation by anyone in the company. We were asking for some type of compensation for what we went though and they would not doing anything. There is so much more to this story!All I know is that referrals / spreading the word is huge and they will NEVER get one from us."

This company is not reliable or reputable in any manner. Initially they were courteous on the phone and promised our belongings would arrive safely. The company makes it sound like they will expertly wrap and secure your items, They told me their movers were experienced and competent. I spoke to the individual movers themselves, and they assured me everything fragile would be bubble wrapped. Many of my expensive belongings did not arrive. The items that did arrive were not bubble wrapped, cushioned, or sorted appropriately. This resulted in gouges in recently purchased furniture, rips in the bench seat of our dining set, the paint was scraped off portraits and fine art. The pottery, porcelain dolls and figurines were thrown in with food items, cleaning items and shoes. I filed a claim and provided color photos of our belongings prior to the packers arrival and photos of the belongings after they were delivered damaged and broken, along with receipts to verify the date of purchase and the amount paid. The response from Pro Movers was to put the blame on me for not being present while our belongings were being packed, and then to cover our bad experience they could only offer $150. Pro Movers did not offer to locate our missing items or return them, they did not offer to compensate us fairly for the broken heirlooms due to their incompetent and unprofessional packing. Do not use this company for moving your belongings, they cannot be trusted on any level.

Do NOT use these movers. They never showed. I have moved nearly every year for the past few decades & make sure to hire licensed, professional moving companies, so I did much research when needing to find movers in the *** County area. They presented well on the phone, seemed professional, emailing copies of quotes & confirmed bookings. They emailed me the day prior to confirm move, and also confirmed again via text message. I confirmed & they verified, confirming again & said *** see you tomorrow.Our move was scheduled yesterday for 12:00, no one showed. Not only that, but after the 12-1 window, I called & a man answered telling me I had to speak to who booked it and transferred me to Ahmad. It just rang 30 times & hung up on me, so I called back & the woman for reservations said to hold, shed stay on the line until he picked up. 23 minutes later & no one ever came back on the line after holding, so called again & left a voicemail asking for an *** & update, as we were all waiting & had to move that day, moving cross country. No one called back, so I text the number back & finally was given a call back by ***. He apologized & said to give him 5 minutes & hed try to round up a crew to show up in the next hour. He also stated he felt bad, was disappointed in his staff & offered $200 in gas as an apology for the inconvenience. I said ok, well is someone coming to help us today? He replied, let me give you a call back in 5 minutes & Ill see what we can do. ***, he never called back. No one showed & never received any offered compensation.So yesterday on 7/9 we were left in a two story house stranded, just my husband & I having to have my Dad nearly 60, with stints put in after a heart attack help us move every single piece of furniture & box down two flights of stairs. Took us nearly 18 hours to get it all done, and why I spent many days calling for quotes & getting info to book a professional moving company. They *** us so bad, and cost us tons of time & money delaying things for our move & never had the decency to even call me back. This company completely ghosted us & I hope no one has to endure the *** we did yesterday. Was left moving in the dark, driving the trucks away at nearly 1am. Do not trust this company.

I hired Pro Movers in September to pack, store, and deliver my stuff from ***, *** to ***, . The whole thing was a mess. They gave me a price that was way off (like $3k too much), and the actual cost was almost $10k. They were terrible at communicating and scheduling, and their customer service was a joke. They lied to me a bunch of times and were super unprofessional. When they finally showed up to unload my stuff, one of the guys called my neighbor a bad name. They also messed up the inventory and lost some of my stuff while adding other stuff from other moves. And to top it all off, they broke a bunch of my stuff, including some really expensive things.

Hired movers to move us from CA to SC and they said it would come on a certain day. I flew to SC to be here when the movers came, but they were 5 days late. I talked to the *** and they said they would pay for all the costs I had during the delay. I have emails, texts, and the mover who finally came said I would get $4000 back when he signed. When the mover came, he was alone and had no one to help him move a 4 bedroom house into a 2 story home. I had to find helpers on *** and my 19 year old son had to help too. After everything was done, most of the boxes were smashed (even though they said fragile), 2 TVs were broken, a desk was ruined, 2 mattresses were wet, 1 bed frame was missing, 1 was broken, lots of dishes were broken, my walls were ruined, and the driver took our ladder. I have videos and pictures of everything I said. Once I paid them, they stopped talking to me.

I used Pro Movers Inc for my move on 3/10, 3/11, and 4/5. They did everything from packing to moving. It cost me $2008 for packing on 3/10, $1776.25 for moving from my old home to storage on 3/11, and $? for moving from storage to my new home on 4/5. They were supposed to move me on 3/29, but they didn't show up and didn't answer my calls. I had to go to their office on 4/1 to talk to the owner and finally got them to move me on 4/4. I had to pay for an extra 5 days at a hotel because of their mistake. On moving day, I found that a lot of my stuff was damaged or missing. They broke my table, sofa, bed, and other furniture. They lost my golf bag with all my golf equipment (worth over $2000), my backpack with cash and gift vouchers (worth up to $1500), and my marble tea table (worth over $1000). I've asked them to pay me back for everything, but they haven't done anything yet.

I got a quote from Pro Movers Inc for $139 cash an hour. They were supposed to come at 8am, but they didn't show up until 8:17. The person I talked to said they had all the right equipment to disassemble my bed frame, but when they got there, they didn't have the right tools. It took them two hours to try to take it apart with my husband's toolbox. They said they were using a different truck and didn't have the right equipment. They finally came back around ***, but when they took out my brand new TV, it was cracked and broken. When it was time to pay, they said it would be $400, even though they said it was $139 cash an hour. They should have been able to move our stuff in an hour, but they didn't have the right tools and didn't even put our bed frame back together. Now we paid $400 and they still haven't fixed our TV.

I used Pro Movers Inc on 4/9/2022 to move my storage unit to my new place. Unfortunately, my 55" TV got broken during one of the moves. This wasn't the first time they moved my stuff, as they did it before on Oct 29, 2022, and the screen was already cracked. I sent them a letter to complain, but they didn't investigate or call me back. They said I only bought the minimum value, but I don't remember anyone telling me about it. They offered me $70 to settle the claim, which is more than what they owe me. Overall, it's a bummer that my TV got broken, but Pro Movers Inc did their best to make it right.

Pro Movers Inc and the owner, *** Azov, were supposed to store my personal belongings, including documents and furniture, after I moved warehouses. I was moving from Orange County to another place and hired their company to load all of my belongings from their storage facility into a truck. They told me that everything I owned that was in the crates in their warehouse was loaded onto the truck that was coming across the country. However, when the truck arrived, many of my home and work items were missing, including a lot of furniture and legal documents. I immediately told them that the items they loaded on the truck became damaged because they placed heavy furniture on top of smaller boxes and furniture. I also told them that I had furniture and personal belongings that were missing. It took them almost 4 weeks and numerous excuses as to why they could not find my personal belongings, and they were still looking for them. I reached out to them every single week, but they did not make it a priority to find my personal belongings. They found my belongings after numerous attempts of threatening them that I would make formal complaints. They finally found a crate with many of my belongings. Since then, a couple of weeks ago, they have failed to get back to me and tell me when my items will be delivered to me. They are making no attempt to send them to me as soon as possible, so they are keeping all of my furniture, legal documents, and personal items against my will and request to send them to me ASAP. They are now ignoring me and my request, even after providing them with the moving company that I used that was very reliable and got me and my furniture that did arrive here in my new home within a week. I have not been able to sit on a couch, eat at my dining room table, or work at my desk at home. I have not been able to have friends or family over because there is nothing to sit on, and I am missing kitchen items. They simply don't care.
