PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

They stole my money and broke my stuff AND NEVER REFUNDED ME. See photos. They didn't even answer a single email asking them about a claim for the lost and broken items.

I hired Al Sabaa movers to move items from Dubai to Barcelona, and I regret working with them.

I was promised that the items would take less than one week if delivered by air, as opposed to 45-60 days if shipped by sea, so I paid 4 times more for that option and the items still took one month to reach me! I requested the items before the end of June. They arrived one month after my family moved which meant that we had to buy the products that did not come on time (bed sheets, towels, kitchen utensils, pots, and cutlery)

I received the boxes in 3 different shipments when I was told everything will be delivered in one shipment.

No one gave me any proper update on the shipping list or shipping details despite asking many times (Mohammad Ijaz, Mohammad Siraj, Humera)

The items that were packed at my home and my wife and I made sure what is placed in every box, the total was 20 boxes. All the items were moved from those boxes to new boxes and the new quantity of boxes became 23. I wasn’t informed about this.

Everything was unfolded, dirty, or damaged. See photos of some of the damaged items. Most of the glass that was initially packed in bubble wrap was removed from the bubble wrap and most of them are broken. Whatever items that survived became useless as they were part of a set.

I am missing many items, list provided to operations, and there is no answer yet.

I also received one box that doesn’t belong to me, a box full of curtains that Mohammad Ijaz (sales) is insisting belongs to me when neither my wife nor I have seen these curtains before, in fact we don’t own curtains. I don’t know what to do with this box of curtains taking up space at my home, because they belong to someone else who is probably looking for them (adding their photo as well)

Missing:

Playstation 4 - VR head set, head gear with camera: Price = ~AED 2000 -

Men suits: quantity 3, brand: Saccoor, price at purchase AED 1600 each, total = AED 4800

Kitchen knives set: brand: Zwilling, Price: ~AED1500 (bought from Tavola Dubai)

Rare handmade flask: The glasses were delivered 3 broken, 3 not broken, the set is ruined. The flask itself is missing. This was a set of: glass flask + 6 glasses, description of missing flask: glass, semitransparent with a design of grapes on the side, Price = $95 = ~ AED 350, bought from Byblos City in Lebanon, handmade item.

All this was provided to Al Sabaa operations by email and multiple reminders were sent but no one replied. They just arranged for some items that couldn't board the plane (like a vacuum cleaner and headphones) to be delivered to a friend. even that: one small box took them 10 days to deliver to my friend in Dubai.

PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR OWN GOOD!

Horrible customer service, we agreed for shipment and after we extended the shipment for a couple of days due to personal reasons, they started swearing at us and shouting at us. Their employs are very ill mannered, every one of them. Even when we asked for cartons to be delivered at our house, they said they were busy and I had to pick up the material myself from their office.

Such a non professional compnay who try to blame costumer so they can get more money out of them in the shape of hidden charges. they hv told us that they will not charge anything except duties on the port n some small stuff which may not cost more then 100 thousand pak rs.
Thay didnot informe us about any payments till afternoon.
One of the agent was assuring us no need to pay a penny over and above 100k RS and then other one was not responding. all of a sudden once banking hours were off one of them called n asked for the hafty amount. its like a mafia n saba movers was playing big bad role in that.

We have organized the house shifting within the locality through Saba Movers on 23rd Jun 2017.
It has been promoted to us by Saba Movers Team, the shifting shall be done professionally with proper packing without any damages.
Ultimately our brand new less than 3 month old 49” LCD Sony Bravia TV was damaged and we have reported within two hours after the shifting on 23rd July 2017 evening 05.00pm till now (05th July 2017) we didn't get any proper action or inspection or steps taken by Saba Movers.
Nobody has come for inspected the damaged tv. And we have sent the photo of the damaged tv and way it was packed along with the stand.

Now almost 4 weeks completed, still they didnt resolve the issue.
