I ordered an item back at the beginning of May 3, 2026, and was supposed to receive it by May 10, 2026, but I never received it. I wrote to Printerpix around the beginning of June and could not give me answer on why it was lost. I have bought from them before and this has never happened, so I am wondering why this has to be so hard to send out. They sent me a replacement order and was supposed to get it this week, but this is it the second time that I have not received the item. They have sent the items to Florida both times. These is a 8x6 Lorenzo Window Book with 50 pages of personal own photos that I took and now someone else has and will steal my work and this company doesn’t care about anything but being thieves and liars. They steal your money and refuse to help you.
Claimed loss: Valuable photos taken by myself that are priceless.
Desired outcome: I want my money back of $14.54

If I could give no stars that would be my choice but a 1 star is suffice for these thieves and liars. They steal your money, yet they cannot send you the product on time. I have ordered from them before and had no problem, but I am still waiting for my other order. They sent my order to Homestead, Florida, which I do not live in Florida. Then I just checked the replacement order they sent out and of course that was sent to Miami, Florida. Their customer service is the worst I have ever experienced in my life. I will never buy from this company again.
