I tried to use Primrose twice, but both times I didn't get my stuff. I'm trying to get my money back, but the customer service is silent. I wouldn't recommend buying from them.

Primrose Nightmare Experience with Primrose: Paid 600 quid, No Delivery, No Response

So, I ordered some stuff from Primrose and I gotta say, it's been a bit of a nightmare. I paid 600 quid for my order and it's been a whole month and I still haven't received anything. I've tried calling, emailing, and even tweeting at them, but they're not responding to any of it. It's like they just took my money and ran off with it.

I don't know what's going on over there at Primrose, but it's not cool. I mean, I understand that things can get a bit hectic with online orders, but come on. It's been a whole month and I haven't heard anything from them. I'm starting to think that I'm never going to get my stuff.

Honestly, I'm pretty disappointed. I was really looking forward to getting my order and now it feels like I've just been ripped off. I don't know if I would recommend Primrose to anyone at this point. It's just not worth the hassle.

Primrose Disappointing Experience with Primrose.co.uk: Missing Plant, Damaged Product, and Poor Communication

I recently made a purchase from Primrose.co.uk and unfortunately, I won't be ordering from them again. I placed an order for three plants, but when I received my package, one of the plants was missing. I was quite disappointed and reached out to the company to inquire about the missing item. However, it took them three whole weeks to respond to my inquiry and inform me that I wouldn't be receiving the missing plant after all.

To make matters worse, one of the plants I did receive was damaged. I was quite upset about this and sent two emails to the company expressing my concerns, but I never received a response. Primrose Disappointing Experience with Primrose: Long Wait, Broken Promises, and Poor Customer Service

I bought a fountain from Primrose back in December 2020. It was all good, as the item was in stock and ready to be shipped. However, when January came, I contacted them to check on the status of my order. They told me that it would take 10-12 weeks from the date of my order to arrive. That was a bit of a bummer, but I was willing to wait.

Fast forward to now, and it's been nearly 16 weeks since I placed my order. I still haven't received my fountain, and that's not even the worst part. The item is now more expensive at other websites, and I've already paid the full amount to Primrose. I've confirmed with them on numerous occasions that I would get my item, but it seems like they're not keeping their promises.

To make matters worse, their customer service is appalling. I've tried to reach out to them multiple times, but I've either been put on hold for a long time or my emails have gone unanswered. It's frustrating to say the least.

Overall, I'm not happy with my experience with Primrose. It's been a long wait, and I still don't have my item. Their customer service needs improvement, and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

Primrose Primrose.co.uk Review: Disappointing Service and Delayed Refund

So, I wanted to get my sister a tree for her birthday, which was on the 14th of April this year. I placed an order with Primrose (primrose.co.uk), but unfortunately, the tree didn't arrive. I contacted DX couriers, but they had no idea about my order. I was really disappointed and frustrated, to say the least.

I decided to ask for a refund two weeks ago, and I was promised that the money would hit my bank account within 2-8 working days. However, it's now the 20th of May, and I still haven't received my refund. The 19th was supposed to be the 8th day, but I'm still waiting. It's really frustrating because I've been trying to contact them, but they don't answer the phone. They do eventually respond to some emails, but it's not enough.

Honestly, if you're thinking about placing an order with Primrose, I would advise against it. It's just not worth the hassle and the risk of losing your money. I really hope they sort out their issues soon because it's not fair to their customers.

Primrose Warning: Avoid this Company - Terrible Customer Service and No Delivery of Goods

This company is a complete disaster. They take your money and don't even bother to send out the goods. I was shocked to see that their own website had positive reviews, but when I checked other independent review sites, I found that many people had the same experience as me. It's impossible to get in touch with anyone from their customer service team, and they lie about orders and refunds. It was a complete nightmare trying to get my money back, and I had to resort to sending daily emails just to get a response.

I cannot stress enough how important it is to avoid this company. They are not fit to be operating and are completely disrespectful to their customers. It's unacceptable for a company to take people's money and not deliver on their promises. I hope that others will read this review and avoid the same mistake that I made.
