Primerica review: Unprofessional and aggressive staff

I do not know what is wrong with a staff member at the Castleton office in Indianapolis, IN, but she presumes herself to own the building and will forcibly put you out of your seat, while you are not looking, and push you and use her hands on you if you are not using the furniture how she deems to be appropriate. Extremely unprofessional and unfortunately the second time I have had this experience with her. Next time, I will be calling the police. I hope the manager I spoke with takes this seriously and this staff member understands she is way outside of scope and acceptable behavior. If this is a reflection of Primerica's customer service, I pity anyone who works with them.
