Prime Communications review: Prime communications store, theft

The last week of october 2025 I went to the att store in harbor creek pa. I purchased a s25 phone that had to be ordered. Paid tax on the phone in store. Arrived home to an email that 2 up sales were added to my order without my consent. Jeff the manager at this store added early upgrade and insurance upgrade I did not ask for and did not want. The order was canceled. They have kept my tax payment. I have a refund receipt. They have not paid out the balance. They refuse to communicate. Be cautious of this business and their practices. They will steal from you and not make you whole. I never took possen of my phone that is still at their location and out $82.
