Went in to purchase a dining set. First the customer service was terrible. Wandering around the designated area for too many minutes with no assistance. Pick out a set and wanted to take with me and was told that this could not happen; you can only pay for merchandise and have it delivered; could not even go to the warehouse and pick up myself (I had a truck). The delivery charge which I should not have to paid was $80.00 which was about half the cost of the set which in itself was ludicrous. How can you shut down the ability to go and get merchandise from the warehouse because of covid but have those same individuals come to my house with their covid selves. This is blatant taking advance of the pandemic and blaming it for your snotty / unprofessional business practice.
