This company took my money and didn't honor their delivery obligations. I've been waiting for my car for over 6 weeks and they've lied to me several times about where it is. The car still hasn't been delivered and they won't give me a delivery date. Instead, I get apologies every time. I wouldn't recommend this company for shipping vehicles.

I hired PIVS on Dec. 11, 2022 to move my 2014 BMW 535d from Ottawa to Edmonton. I paid them $2085 upfront via e-transfer. The company president/representative, whose last name may be *** or ***, seemed honest, but he turned out to be a liar. He promised to deliver the car by Jan. 05, 2023, but that was a lie. He sent a tow truck to pick up the car on Jan. 2nd, but it was left at a local Ottawa towing yard. He gave us false updates on the car's location, claiming it was near Portage la Praire and then in Regina. He said the transport truck was undergoing maintenance and would go to Calgary before Edmonton, but that was all fiction. In the end, the car was left at a towing and storage yard near Greely, Ontario. We had to pay an additional $1,800 to get it released. We urgently needed the car for my daughter's work in Edmonton, so we drove it there from Ottawa. *** promised to reimburse us $4,100, but he disappeared. We filed a police report, and I advise everyone to avoid this terrible business.
