Precise Iron Doors review: Ordered custom iron doors

I placed an order with Precise Iron Doors for 7 iron doors on April 30, 2025 with an $8,900.00 deposit in cash. I was told they would charge me $1,400.00 extra if I paid with my credit card. After 5 months, I called and was told delivery would arrive the end of October 25' at port. It never happened. I called again the following month, same excuse, then in December, same excuse, then January same excuse. Finally after two weeks of calls and emails end of January 2026 I finally spoke with someone and once again received the same BS excuse, this time for the end of February. On the internet there are tons of complaints, and lawsuits including their landlord for eviction. I now believe the order was never placed.

I dont know what else to do. I have reached out to the owner Haik but I know that will be a joke and no response. I also contacted my old team at KABC7 in Los Angeles to see if they might run a story on this fraudulent company but who knows if it will be run. As for now, I know I can kiss my $8,900.00 away. It is angering that if you steel from a store you can be arrested, but if the store steels from you you cant go in and arrest them for fraud, only take them to court. Why is this?
