Power Ride Outlet [PRO] review: Go Kart - Not shipped after 10 days.

I ordered a Go Kart on 11/30/15. I thought that was plenty of time to ship before Christmas because their web site said 2-3 days to ship. Here it is 12/9/15 and the product has not shipped. I have called 5 times and no status - they keep giving me the run around and saying the warehouse manager is not in. I requested a refund and was told only a manager can do that and he will call back - of course no call. Thank God I didn't take their bait to save 2% and sent them a money order - I pity the fool that does that! My next call is to my credit card company. This company should not be in business!
