I bought a Shearling B3 Bomber Jacket from 3A MOTO's website on 12/15/20. Finally, on 01/11/21, the jacket arrived at my doorstep. But let me tell you, it was nothing like what I saw on their fancy website. I mean, seriously, it was like they sent me a completely different jacket! Can you believe it?

So, I decided to reach out to 3aMoto for a return and refund, just like any normal person would do. But guess what? I'm getting absolutely no response from them, despite their so-called "Refunds and Returns Accepted" policy. What a joke, right? And to make matters worse, they don't even provide an address on their website for returning the merchandise. How am I supposed to send it back if I don't know where to send it? It's like they're playing hide and seek with my hard-earned money.

To prove my point, I'm attaching two pictures for you to see. The first one is the jacket they showcased on their website, all shiny and perfect. And the second one? Well, that's the sad excuse for a jacket that I received. Can you spot the difference? I sure can, and it's not a good one, let me tell you.

But wait, there's more! The jacket I received had this awful smell, like something rotten. I don't know what kind of "Shearling" they used, but it's definitely not the real deal. It's more like an orange-colored mystery material. I mean, who wants to wear a jacket that smells like a dumpster fire? Not me, that's for sure.

Oh, and here's another interesting tidbit I discovered. They have this glowing 5-star review from someone named Rizwan A. Now, call me skeptical, but I have a sneaky suspicion that Rizwan A. might just be one of the owners of 3aMoto. I mean, who else would give them such a perfect rating? It's all starting to make sense now.

So, my fellow shoppers, be warned. Don't fall for the flashy pictures and empty promises on 3A MOTO's website. They might lure you in with their fancy products, but what you'll receive will be far from satisfactory. And good luck trying to get a response or a refund from them. It seems like they're more interested in taking your money than providing quality products and customer service. You be the judge, but I wouldn't recommend wasting your time or money on this shady business.

Be careful, this company is a total scam! They are absolutely terrible. I ordered a bomber-style leather jacket with a cozy wool lining. After waiting for what felt like ages, I finally received the jacket, but to my dismay, it had a PINK wool lining. Can you believe it? Not only did they send me the wrong color, but the jacket itself looked absolutely horrendous and the quality was just plain awful.

I decided to return the jacket, but guess what? The cost of shipping it back was almost as much as what I paid for it in the first place! Can you imagine? It was well over $200 just to ship it back. I reached out to the company to explain the situation, and you won't believe their response. They had the audacity to tell me that they sell a lot of pink jackets and asked why I didn't like it. Can you believe their ridiculousness?

Despite their absurd reply, I continued to email them for weeks, desperately trying to get a resolution. But guess what? Most of my emails were completely ignored by those folks at 3AMoto. It was beyond frustrating. Finally, after countless attempts, they promised to send me a pre-paid shipping label so I could return the jacket. But you know what? They never did. They completely ignored all my emails asking them to honor their word and send me the return label.

It's clear that 3A Moto knows they can get away with sending customers whatever subpar product they want because the cost of returning it is just too darn expensive. They are taking advantage of unsuspecting customers like you and me. So please, do yourself a favor and don't waste your hard-earned money on this company. Stay far away from 3AMoto!
