We been thinkin' 'bout fixin' up our old *** kitchen for a while now. We checked out a buncha different companies, but Poulin Design Remodeling, Inc. really stood out to us. They had some great designs, options, and customer service. And let me tell ya, the end result is just fantastic! We use our new kitchen and den every single day now. I'd definitely recommend Poulin if you're lookin' to remodel!

I'm really impressed with the remodel of our master bath. When we contacted Poulin Design Center, they knew exactly what we wanted and got to work on the design. From the first chat to the final product, Poulin exceeded our expectations and we absolutely love our new en suite. Everyone we worked with was awesome. And their 3D presentation gave us great confidence in our team. Next project we have we will start with them knowing we'll get exactly what we want.

I used Poulin Design Services for my kitchen and flooring redo. They put in new waterproof laminate in the living room, kitchen, dining room, and hallway. They also installed new cabinets and countertops. The person assigned to my project was great to work with. He let me know every day what the plan was, when he would arrive, and what work was scheduled that day. He was very efficient and precise in measuring the layout of the installation, cleaning after sawing baseboards and crown molding, sweeping, and picking up tools. My kitchen looks amazing! The flooring people were also great to work with! Everyone at Poulin that I worked with was responsive, caring, and took care of questions I had along the way as soon as possible. I plan to use Poulin for bathroom updates and carpeting in the future. I hope that ***'s supervisor, who went above and beyond with resolving a few wrinkles, and *** will be working on future projects with me!

I wanna talk about Poulin Design Center in ***. They did a great job on my master bathroom. Big thanks to *** and *** for hooking us up. *** knew all the different options and gave us some good ideas on how to use the space. The designs they showed us made it easy to see what it would look like when it was done. *** and *** checked everything a bunch of times to make sure it was all good. ***, the guy who did the work, was awesome. He treated it like it was his own bathroom and made sure every little thing was perfect. He even asked us if we had any questions or wanted to check out the progress. The whole team was really good at keeping us in the loop and letting us know what was going on. If you're thinking about doing a remodel, you should definitely check out Poulin Design Center.

Had bathroom remodel last December, and started having problems with the lights they put in. A tech came out and swapped the light switch. But it didn't fix the issue. So, I called Customer Service on September 22nd and put in a repair order. Kevin, a tech, called on 9/26 and wanted to come that day. But I had a doctor's appointment and couldn't be there. I didn't hear from Poulin again. So, I called Kevin on 9/30 - no answer. On 10/4 I called Cust Service and they said someone would call me back. But no one did. I called again on 10/5 to both Kevin (no answer) and Poulin said someone would call me back. On 10/6 I called Poulin again and was told someone would call me back. But I can't get anyone to call me back or give me a time when this can be fixed. The last Customer Service person was ill-informed and rude when I kept asking if there was anyone else I could talk to. He said no one else was there.

I went to Poulin in Santa Fe NM on April 9th and paid over $2000 for a designer. They said it would be credited to my project if I used Poulin for my remodeling. I didn't get an estimate until 6/25. They gave me one big number for many projects. I asked for a breakdown and the designer said they would get it to me. I never heard back, so I emailed again on 7/12. The designer said they were working on it, but I never heard from them again. On 9/13, the lead designer and sales manager called me and said the person I was working with was gone and they were trying to figure out my job. I called back and told them what happened. They said sorry and would talk to the owner about getting me a refund for the design fee. I haven't heard from Poulin since. I have all the emails and voicemail from the sales manager.
