Our house got messed up during the winter of 2021. Horizon was referred by a pro doing reconstruction. Our first contact was with a dude named *** in sales. He showed us a Da Vinci roof. We were like, "Wow, that's dope." Horizon, like pros, did all the paperwork for our roof to be covered by insurance. Then they sent in a crew that only services Da Vinci roofs. This group quickly and with care installed the most beautiful and functional roof. All this time, *** and Pawl were close to the site making sure all went well. Our roof still gets so many compliments from neighbors. Better, the roof has come through a rough *** winter in 2022.*** and Pawl were wonderful, and *** in their office managed a very complicated insurance claim for 9 months. We highly recommend Horizon Restoration Company. *** and *** Cabin.

Horizon Restoration Corp is not good! We had our sunroom roof replaced in Fall 2019. The roof is a tiny 16' x 16' roof. The roof started leaking just a few months later in January and we contacted the company immediately and send over photos. It's been excuse after excuse and just a flat out lack of communication and we're still stuck with a leaky roof in October . They delivered the materials and they've been sitting around our yard for a few weeks now with no date for the job in sight. Not to mention Mike didn't even bother to tell me they planned on putting a flat roof on this time, another project manager pointed it out. The roof has had shingles throughout it's 40+ year history. I am completely against having a flat roof put on. In the interior, the ceiling destroyed in some parts from their lack of remediation. I brought this up to them and they showed no interest in taking care of it. I am beyond upset with this company and don't recommend them ever. Our experience has been terrible!

Our house got hit by hailstorm in spring 2019. The first contractor who came was Horizon Restoration. Scott checked the damage and explained the repair and insurance claim process. My insurance agent also suggested Horizon. I thought it would be a simple claim process, but I was wrong. Insurance approved roofing replacement, siding repainting, interior painting on sunroom and foyer, but not the 6 broken windows damaged by hail. Then Paul helped us out. We dealt with 3 adjusters and 2 structural engineers from the insurance company just to justify why the windows are not covered. After more than a year since filing the claim and countless follow-up phone calls with the insurance, we got additional funds to cover the replacement windows. Without Paul's guidance, we would not have gone through this long claim process. He was always there every step of the way and made us feel he got our backs on this. His commitment to customer service is unparalleled. The repairs/replacement were done professionally and the house looks good now. We are thankful for Horizon on this and we're glad we chose them. We highly recommend them.

I hired Horizon Restoration Corp to do the siding on my house in November . Two guys came to do the job, but they didn't seem to know what they were doing. It took them three weeks to finish because they didn't show up some days, and they didn't communicate well. After they finished, I noticed that some of the trim had already fallen off, and the overall quality of the work was not good. I tried to contact the company by email and phone, but they kept ignoring me. All I want is for them to fix the problem since it's still under warranty. Horizon Restoration Corp in ***, *** was the company I dealt with.

Roofing guy got insurance for new cedar roof. They tried to sell fake cedar, but we caught them. We said we want real cedar with warranty and certified installation. They said they can do it or cancel. Then they lied and took forever to start work. Contract said 90 days, but they said spring. We deserve warranty for materials, especially since cedar warranty is 15-20 years. But they lied about being certified and sold fake cedar. No work schedule or certifications given. They're dishonest and take advantage of people during pandemic.
