PostNet review: The manager lady and the other lady are so negative

I have came in on multiple occasions and have dealt with the same clerk everyday. I have never been so shocked by the disrespect I have felt and the uncomfortableness in this facility by overall everyone. I have came in asking questions on how to do certain things because I just don't understand how to do certain thing for sending letters and packages but when I ask the clerk how do I do this? She tell me it's a me problem and she doesn't have nothing to do with that and it's just a me problem and that I need to have my stuff in order when I come to this post net. I even one time was short a dollar and had to run out to my car that was parked right in front of the post net and they acted like I was trying to run out with my package. The wait is extremely long there even if its 1 person in it will takes 45 minutes. I have waited on line for an hour with 2 other people standing there just talking to the 2 staff lady's. They have fired and rehired and this staff is the most negative and disrespectful. I just wanted to send a package and now I don't even wanna go back to this facility. Thank you so much.
