Pos Malaysia review: shoes

Hi Poslaju,

For over the past few weeks, I receive and sent my items through Poslaju, and your staff are all rude as hell. Your driver are rude, knocking people's door like an angry guy, and when I opened the door, he put on an angry face, ask for my ID and put my items outside an leave. Please take action on that guy, I dont have his name or Vehicle number. But he send my item on 26 november 2019 at approximately 11.30am. The tracking number is ERA789135601MY.

Another case is, I sent out items to my customer, and for almost a month, I didnt receive the item. Poslaju your courier is bringing a lot of problem to my business.

If you dont take action against your staff and shipping system, I promise I will never use your service again, I will gladly move on to your competitor because your system is too slow and your staff is so rude

PLEASE TAKE ACTION ON YOUR STAFF AND YOUR DELIVERY SYSTEMS ASAP
