Hey, Pos Laju Malaysia is your hotline 1300300300 becoming a cold line. I have called you all for 20 times but no humans answer. Where are you all and why for setting a hotline but no humans answering.?why why why?

and my parcel was sent out at 26/11/19 but didn't receive it since today

you all dint even try to make a call and message me

what are you all doing
