Tarikh pengeposan adalah pada 6 Jun 2018, sekarang dah 12 Jun 2018 tapi barang customer masih juga belum sampai. Bila trace barang masih "IN TRANSIT" dari 7 Jun 2018 sampai sekarang.

saya hantar barang ke miri dari 3 mei dan sampai sekarang masih belum diterima.saya check traking number still ad di tempat yang sama.sudah satu bulan and barang xsampai-sampai.
saya call [protected] tak dapat and pos laju miri pun sama tiada yang angkat.sekarang saya perlu call siapa utk tahu dimana barang saya sekarang.boleh x beri saya number utk kami call.

late delivery of parcel

I am writing this complaint with regards to poslaju's inefficiency and tardiness of deliveries. According to the tracking system, the parcel was picked up and dispatched out from pos laju PJ on the 5th of June. The parcel then had been processed and dispatched out from the transit office (poslaju parcel hub) on the 6th of June.This is the Tracking number of the parcel ED338584905MY.

At this point, i understand that the parcel will then be sent out to the nearest post office to the delivery address. It is now the 10th of June and there has been no update on the movement of my parcel.

Given that i am writing this on a Sunday. Poslaju still had the 7th and 8th of June to proceed with the dispatch of the parcel to the facility.

Waiting for a simple package this long (and without timely notification) is simply irritating and disruptive because waiting days on end to receive the parcel is a waste of time. As a paying customer for the delivery service that is so inefficient, is poor value for money.

My parcel tracking number is CD337435057MY. The parcel was dispatched on 5 June 2018 from Damai Perdana PO. The Poslaju tracking system has stated that the parcel had been 'DELIVERED' on 9 June 2018 at 1.03pm, but to another person's name. (Delivered to Thomas, at Poslaju Melaka)

I was at home the entire day, but the Poslaju delivery van never showed up at all... Didn't even bother to call the recipient to reconfirm the address.

Please take prompt action in returning the parcel to me. It is urgently needed.

parcel not received

Saler saya dah pos parcel saya since 4/6/2018. By time saya check no tracking, parcel saya kat POSLAJU HUB KLIA and stuck kat sana sampai harini 9/6/2018. Dari PO Kuala Selangor - Poslaju Hub KLIA. Already make a call (hundred times but no one pickup), write complaints, send a email but did'nt get a respond till now. Please do something. Takkan for 5 days barang stuck kat sana and you all tak check / scan. If barang dah pos ke PO berdekatan boleh lah customer sendiri datang ambil if you all tak boleh nak pos ke rumah or banyak parcel utk dipos. Ni barang tersimpan kat sana, nak contact siapa2 pun semua tak layan, nak ambil pun nanti macam2 alasan you all berikan. Parcel dah dalam guni lah, parcel dah sampai kat PO lah (padahal tak gerak2 pun lagi), parcel tak dapat dikesan lah, etc.. Dah nak dekat raya, of course all the parcel tu penting and perlu sampai before raya. Please do something. Thank you .

I am complaining about product and your service

I writing this to complain about not receiving of my parcel and insufficient service of poslaju. Suppose i should received my parcel on 1/06/2018 but now is 09/06/2018 until today i din't receive my parcel and i keep getting emails from poslaju which is your item is in transit and next day in caw.shah alam. when i tried to contact caw. shah alam no one answered my call since 1 week i trying to contact them but in vain. What kind of service your are giving. name it self is poslaju but your your service seems to be pos lambat. totally disappointed for your workers carelessness and the umber that i tried to contact since past 1 week is [protected]/561/651. What for you are working when even you can't answer your customer's call? i'm really very confused and get doubt that if my parcel is still available or it have been misplace some where! 4 times i called to poslaju customer service and make complain and the answer that i get from them is wait until tomorrow and if you received by tomorrow please call back again and we will take action. no one pay heed to my complain! Please check on my parcel and get back to me on whats going on please! terrible courier service that i have been seen in my life not even cannot answer your customer's call and pay heed to their complains!

My tracking no. En057552261my my parcel was send on 4/6/2018 from alor star to Selangor but till today (7/6/2018) my parcel still showing "item proceed" at klia hub (show by tracking system) may know your employee "proceed" 1 parcel need how long? 3 months? 6 months? Can I have a date when I can get my parcel before I make complaints to consumer department?

    My parcel (tracking no. ER639274112MY) was picked up on 13.11.2018 and arrived KLIA Hub on 14.11.2018, after that it immediately sent to the nearest post office and I've received on the same day (14.11.2018).
    Another parcel (tracking no. ER648210716MY) picked up on 12.11.2018 and arrived KLIA Hub one day earlier (13.11.2018); but it's already 15.11.2018 and it's still stuck at KLIA Hub.
    Can I know what's wrong? the parcel that arrived earlier is still stuck at there for already 2 days.

Hai pos laju.. I nak complaints sikit tentang layanan di customer service.. Kalau boleh bercakap dgn sopan dan tk kurang ajar then tell details dkt customers because kami taktahu and ada yg first time pergi.. Second.. Even dah tulis or bagitahu yg barang mudah pecah still u guys baling2 je.. Habis lah bila dah sampai kat kami tinggai habuk je.. Tolong lah at least buat kja jangan la campak2 mana tahu ada yg pos kuih raya untuk family jauh ke.. Please okay.. Byk kali dah jadi macamni.

Item has posted over the counter at penang jurutaman seri delima on 4 june at 2.30pm, the officer told me that will be arrived on following day by using pos laju, but today is 7 june, still not delivered yet!!!
I have been called pos laju bukit mertajam, kl, shah alam, but no one answer!!!
The service is [censored]!!!

I sent the roadtax to my customer in selangor and the roadtax is going to expire on 8 june!!!

I would like to complain pejabat pos Kota Belud Sabah . This is because my item has arrived since 23 may at cwgn serahn kota belud but the office didn't contact and inform me about it.Furthermore i went at the post offce and they said you need to give the item number so we can easily find for u .However they never make a call and give the item number. The only number i had is tracking number. I try to call many times at the offce but the hang up on me . Is the contact number valid or it just for display purpose?? Im truly disappointed wth u servce . Do fix this . Thanks
