PictureME Photography - very rude

I had two sets of picturers that I have purchased from my local walmart potrait studio.. I recieved the first set I was told a date etc.. of when they would arrive.. On the second set of pictures how ever I purchesed invitations to my wedding and I asked when they would arrive I was told I dont know.. Today my fiancee went to walmart to see when the portraits and invitations would be there and she was rude and got ugly and said she didn't know when they would be there. That she would call us when they got there. He asked her if she could find out when they might be there and she got ruder. I am very displeased with this service. I dont know if she was having a bad day or what but it was so very uncalled for.. I think some one above her needs to contact me..

Anyone else not buy this? I mean this is the second review today where some lady claimed her husband/boyfriend/fiancee would beat her/verbally abuse her because of bad customer service. In one review the woman claimed that her husband beat her in front of her children and called her names because he did not the gift she got for her.

Sad that your going to marry this jerk who abuses women without any hesitation. So very sad. He will pop you one day so you
really should think twice about the marriage. It is not her job to be nice when she is being verbally abused by a customer. And the customer is NOT always right I see. Stop worrying about the pictures, worry about your future and the abuse your going to encounter.

I admit my fiancee got rude and ugly first. He told called her an airhead and said the only reason she got a job was because of her tits to attract male customers. But we are getting married and he was ugly because of the stress of getting married and he really wanted those pictures now. However it is her job to take abuse from us because she works in retail and when my fiancee called her a stupid b**ch she started getting ugly with him. No matter how irate a customer gets she is supposed to do hr job professionally. If she did not get ugly back at my fiancee he would have yelled at her. This put him in such a bad mood that he told me to keep my mouth shut or he would pop me one when I asked him what happened. I want someone to contact me because no matter how my fiancee behaved she has to be professional.
