I booked a place through Marriott Homes and Villas on 3/28/2022. It cost me a bunch of Marriott points and $1857.65, and they charged my credit card. I was supposed to stay there for three nights starting on 10/26. But then on Wed, 6/8, I got an email saying my reservation was canceled. I called Marriott and they said the owner of the place wasn't renting it out anymore. I asked for my points to be put back in my account and my credit card to be refunded. But Stay Porter, the reservation company, says Marriott has to handle it. But they still charged my credit card and sent me the contract for the place. I'm really frustrated with both Marriott and Stay Porter and need this fixed ASAP.

The house we rented from Porter through Airbnb was not like they said. The movie room didn't work and they didn't tell us it was broke before we got there. We texted and called for 2 days trying to get it to work and they finally said it hasn't worked for a while. What a waste of time and so frustrating! The house wasn't cleaned good before we got there. The garbage disposal didn't work, the ice maker didn't work, so we had no ice in 117weather, water slide, outdoor lights, pool fountains, etc. There were stinky bags of garbage left in the 110*+ heat that we had to deal with on garbage night. The gate didn't work right. They gave us the wrong code and we couldn't get in for 20 min and they didn't answer the phone when we called to say we couldn't get in. The list goes on and on. We want a big discount for all the problems. They haven't called or emailed us back.
