Golden Valley Not paying

Afternoon to whom it may concerns!

I'm complaining about Bronkhorstspruit branch (1020), Gauteng, South Africa. I've been playing there for a long time now, eventime I'm just loosing and loosing but all the other terminals around me pays out accept for mine, they get free games on games, I think they control the pay outs on the terminals based on who is playing the terminal, that's how it seems to me!

It's unacceptable! I would like to know how you control your pay outs? Do you look on your cameras and decide who get free games and who not?

This is going on for months now!

Golden Valley Gold valley eft

Good day I went to my payment history and selected pay again so the reference number will be the same on the proof of payment and selected immediate payment so i got charged R45 and the payment is still not loaded. I sent several emails to [protected]@goldvalley.online and [protected]@goldvalley.info with the proof of payment attached just to get told the reference is the same after I explained why it is the same?! Money is still not loaded and I paid R45 immediate payment for nothing this is unacceptable

I also queried why my logins don't work for the online ganes like in a goldvalkey and never ever got a reply on that

I can't add the proof of payment to the complaint because it gives me an error about the format

Golden Valley Kuipers restaurant

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN

I visited Kuipers Restaurant on 26/02/21 and ordered the following:
STARTERS
1. Goats Cheese and Roasted Pepper Bruschetta with Balsamic reduction
2. Spicy chicken livers served with Ciabatta wedges
MAINS
1. Pepper Steak strips served with French fries and Onion rings
2. Chicken/Prawn/chorizo curry served with Basmati rice and Poppadums
I placed my order at 19:50. At that point in time there were 3 tables to be served. after half an hour I went to enquire about the food. NOT READY. I went back at 20:45- NOT READY. At 21:00 I went to wait inside the restaurant. More people were seated at the tables and I than realize that all the tables were served before they attended to the takeaways, which according to my opinion is not fair. On the arrival of my food at 21:05 it was cold. My question will be: When did they finished the food, because it was not ready when I enquired for it.

Thanks to one of the waiters from winners sport bar who took the food and heated it. I am a regular guest at the lodge and casino.

I really cannot accept this kind of treatment. Please look into the matter.

Desired outcome: I will leave it to the decision of Management

Golden Valley Draws

Good day

I am an MVG card holder. Since the opening of the Golden Casino I have never been considered in any of the promotional draws. I have complained but the status is the same. I am a loyal member and would like to express my deep dissatisfaction with the way I as a member am never drawn for the past 9 years. On Saturday 4 June 2016 I have been invited to a breakfast as it is my Birthday month and can assure you that the same will apply.

I have left messages for the Manager, Keenan Bergins to contact me, but no response.

Please investigate.
