I made a purchase on Nov 8th & have still not received a confirmation of being shipped. I have sent 2 emails to your customer service line asking
A) to have my address changed. The address needs to be: 2705 Friendly st Eugene OR 97405
B) where my package is. I think it's incredibly unprofessional to not respond to any of my emails & be this late with shipping.
