We have no complaints. My Haven Hot tub has been great. I have noticed that because Jim's products are so superior to the rest that a lot of upset spa salespeople have been on the warpath to try and smear him. We have a Moonbay and that spa has been running for 5 years with one minor problem. Jim took care of it right away.

Mohave County Pools ans Spas of Lake Havasu City Arizona is a big mistake. Do yourself a favor, don't choose them. Their management is terrible, they have had changes in the office and they are horrible. Poor follow up, you nearly have to pull teeth in order to get any updates out of them. They haven't made any schedule or deadline that they have promised...
