Pollo Tropical review: Service

I would like to have to make a complaint against the Pollo Tropicals in Coral Springs, FL. My mother lives in Coral Springs and my brother is autistic. My brother has an obsession with Pollo Tropical which we spend good money there everyday. Because of his condition he likes his Pollo Tropical a certain way, all legs. He just wants 4 pieces of legs so she ends up having to ask for a whole chicken dark (4 quarter leg and thighs) minds you he ONLY eats the legs and throws the thighs away. For the past few years we have been ordering the same way everyday. Every time my mother goes there with my brother in order for him not to have a bad temper tantrum she has to order it so that he has 4 legs. Every time she goes to Pollo Tropical now in Coral Springs, she is always told that there is no meat/chicken available for her order. I have been told that numerous times too. So they either will make us wait outside for 45 minutes or they make us order 1/2 chicken dark (2 legs and thighs) and then park and go inside with my extremely frustrated brother to get the rest of his order. I don't understand why they have to always make up lies if they are so familiar with our faces. We now started order through Uber Eats and it costs more but they make sure they have our order together then with no fuss, even though we have to pay Higher prices through Uber eats rather than at the Pollo Tropical store itself.
