Pollo Tropical review: Service

The service is horrible . Employees and managers always has an attitude especially the short lady with bun. They never have anything ready or they don't have it . Bathrooms always stink! I once came through the drive thru and asked for a specific sauce and I was told I need to come inside cause they don't have at the window ? that is not good customer service. I will never go back there I'm done rather spend with chipotle
