Pollo Tropical review: Items on menu not available!

I visit the Pollo Tropical in Ft Myers on 12611 S Cleveland Ave 4 times per week. The last time was yesterday November 17th, 2020 at 8:30 pm. For the past month, this location runs out of half the items on the menu including yesterday. They served me a tropichop Churrasco that was dried out and a portion for an infant. I asked them what happened and they said it would take 15 to 20 minutes to make more because they ran out. Obviously they gave me the leftover scraps. I requested a refund and went elsewhere.

This is unacceptable customer service. For over a month the manager tells me they use to toss out so much food that they had to order fewer quantities but honestly, this is no way to run a business.
It's so disappointing because they were my favorite late-night stop for dinner. They are no longer. I hope things change at this location because people will find somewhere else to eat.
