Starting to think they just want you data and bio thingy. There seems to be an AI or template reply to any queries or issue.. When their website has error messages and asks you to return later and it is still happening 72 hours later, you message, customer support, then Customer support send you emails bombarding you with questions and tasks which are irrelevant to make you back off and keep you busy.. so they don't have to answer. Question like what is your IP address, do you have a VPN, they get you busy for ages, what browser blah blah blah, even when you state you are using the website on a desktop, they send more questions about 'the app' Real time wasters.
